TruDentistry of Tigard

Me and my partner recently move from Los Angeles to Portland, Oregon and we needed to look for a good dentist. I am very particular with my dentist and I have found a great dentist near my area. Open free parking. Office is clean. Offers great preventative technology. At the day of the appointment, the front desk assistants were amazing and great check in process and so seamless since all the new patient forms are completed prior to the appointment online. Then , I got called into the room by the tech and she introduced herself and asked how I was doing and welcomed me to the clinic and walked me step by step of what she was doing. Then, Dr. Nguyen came in with such a bubbly and welcoming spirit and great knowledge and explained the X-ray to me and the plan. Then, she brought me to the hygienist and completed my cleaning process. The exam was so extensive even checked my gum area density which I never had before as part of a comprehensive oral exam. She gave me great advises on how to care for my teeth. I got freebies after the cleaning. Then, my appointments were set up after each station. Their process just works so efficiently and I love that. As for billing, they give me an itemized bill of what was done and will be billed to my insurance and what I am responsible for and all my appointments. I liked this because of the payment transparency. I even overheard the front desk person explaining to the client how her insurance works and made sure the client did not go home confused about what she is paying for. That is great customer service alright! They even offer a whitening 2hr session for $500. Overall, I have recommended them already to my brother. Please go see them!

They will see me within 24 hours or less for any emergency that I might have. They were my regular dentist for quite a bit of time but now that I don't have insurance I just go to them for emergencies. It doesn't matter what reason I am going there for they have always given me the most of exemplary of service and made me feel like family.

TruDenstistry has been great. Chipped a tooth and they got me right in. Managed to shear off the temporary crown (my fault) and they opened the office after hours to get it taken care. Aways upfront about costs. Staff and doctors are great. Highly recommend!

The facility and staff are wonderful. It’s clean and friendly with great music. The staff work really well together and it shows! Love coming here for my cleaning and dental work. I would highly recommend this place.

One of my husband’s back teeth cracked in half and fell apart today (10/1/2021) while he was at work.
He called me, desperate to figure out what could be done.
We tried to see if we could get in to see our dentist, but there were no openings.
He was in terrible discomfort.
My husband is a combat-wounded veteran, who sustained severe damage to his jaw when a grenade detonated inside his Humvee in Iraq; several large pieces of shrapnel were embedded in his face, and as a result, he is very sensitive, and selective, about dental work.
I immediately texted our friend Dr. Susan Weinberg, who has a HUGE heart for serving veterans.
Being that it is Friday, her office was closed, but she called me and said, “I can meet you guys at my clinic at 2:30; I’ll get a hold of my dental assistant.”
These ladies came in on their day off to fix my husband’s tooth…. On a Friday afternoon… without even batting an eye.
I am grateful for many things, but I am especially grateful for wonderful, caring, compassionate friends like this.

Griselda was very polite and respectful, she made sure I was comfortable before starting my cleaning, she did an amazing job. Would recommend her to anyone.

There has been a lot of dental work in my life, but today was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Nguyen and Sage took amazing care of me, explained what was going on and went over all my options. Never even felt the Novocain! Which was a rarity for me. There was quite a bit to do today but they were done within the hour! I can’t recommend TruDental of Tigard strongly enough. Amazing staff all around the office, who have already had to deal with several of my reschedules and never once make me feel bad for it. I’m so thrilled to finally have found my dentist. Thank you all! I’m actually excited for cleanings now. :)

Dr Weinberg has been my dentist for many years!! Everyone entering becomes part of her dental family. Professional, thorough & empathetic to my needs. The staff makes me feel comfortable & valued!! The office is filled with pics of smiles from little ones to great-grandparents! My entire experience is gratifying!!
