This is one of most disgusting business I have ever experienced. My son completed his Invisalign treatment after which we purchased a retainer from Tualatin Modern Dentistry. Long story short it was ineffective and my son’s teeth kept shifting.
He scheduled an appt to report it and one, they charged him for the visit and two, they quoted him 1k+ for another treatment.
So his retainer was ineffective, then they want more from us to correct it?
After this appt I called them to get more information. After repeated attempts to get a call back I finally get one 3 months later.
End result? Nothing we can do. We will terminate the client-patient relationship.
Don’t believe me? Try calling their front office trying to get through to someone there. Chances are you will get another location or call center. Billing seems to be done by another company so there is a lot of passing of the buck.
I am taking the time out to detail my experience in hope s that NO ONE ELSE goes through this experience. There are a lot of other options out there. Please choose a reputable company instead.
I feel we are entitled to a refund. I will keep people posted.

I never write reviews but I feel this is very deserving. Yes, the staff is wonderful. Yes, they keep the place very very clean. But today I had an experience well beyond my expectations. I've never had a root canal, but I know what everyone says, so was very anxious (I postponed it twice). Thanks to my dentist, Krista Mattson, I came home saying "What's all the fuss?" I had no pain or discomfort the entire time, and still didn't after the Novocain wore off. Thank you Dr. Mattson and team for giving me a great dentist experience!

Dentist anxiety coupled with Covid prevented me from going to the dentist for over 2 years. However, practicing self care is important and now that things are calming down, I easily made an appointment online for a cleaning and checkup.
I did have to reschedule twice due to changes in my work schedule, and they were so accommodating. It was also very easy to reschedule online and I truly appreciated the patient portal. I strongly suggest filling out the questionnaires online prior to your visit as it saves so much time and limits the time in the lobby which is always Covid friendly.
Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in. My temperature was taken and I was lead back to my exam room. I then immediately met my dentist and her assistant who helped with taking xrays and getting my profile set up. It was such a quick process and everyone was so nice!
My dentist checked my gums and was so clear when explaining everything. They also brought in the receptionist to go over if payment was due and what was covered by my insurance. Everything was explained so well and thoroughly.
Thankfully I had no cavities and everything looked good so they moved forward with my cleaning and fluoride treatment. I was comfortable and it made the experience even better.
I strongly suggest visiting this location. I didn't have any issues, and truly appreciated how kind everyone was. I am looking forward to keeping them as my long term dentist!
