I have been seeing them for the last few years and they do a great job. The team is super friendly and they have the great work to back it up. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them.

I would recommend to anyone, staff is super personable, caring, and informative. Loved all of my experiences here. Sara has worked with me most of the time and I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Super nice doctor. Super nice hygienist and support staff. I feel like they all really know their specialty, and stay up on current techniques. I never feel pressured to do something solely for cosmetic reasons. I definitely feel like they're on my team.

I found this dentist through my insurance so I made an appointment for a check up and cleaning. Almost everyone there was nice, but you can tell that they are all about the up sell. They found a tooth that "needed" a root canal, and they also wanted to do a deep cleaning (up sell, out of pocket). I declined the deep cleaning, which really disappointed the sales team, but accepted the "Treatment Plan" for the root canal. Worst case scenario for that was just shy of $800. I have a flex plan, which meant minimal out of pocket for me, so I agreed. When I go in, they start to numb the wrong side of my mouth, and I call them on it. They do the cold test on me again, realized I was right, and they couldn't read their own charts and were prepared to work on the wrong tooth! Kind of creepy. I want to walk out, but I've already lost time from work, so, against my better judgement, I decide to proceed. They perform the root canal, which, by the way, they realize the root makes a strange 90 degree turn, which "may" be a problem down the road. Mind you, I have already had a 2 hour appointment consisting of , to be fair, state of the art, complete 360 degree x-rays, not only of all my teeth, but extra ones that they deemed may be problematic. They claim that they will need to keep an eye on this tooth that they have already done the work on, after all the x-rays, now they have found an anomoly in my tooth, where the root takes a strange 90 degree angle at the bottom. This tooth will probably not last 5 years, and they KNOW that. They don't have a tool that can address that 90 degree angle turn in the root that not only can they not access, but only the cameras they have can only see this AFTER the work is done. If this appointment hasn't been enough of a disaster yet, "DR." Roane says to me "Do you remember when we talked about needing a crown after the root canal?" Not only did no one mention this, nor was it on my written "treatment plan", but the phrasing of his question leads me to believe that this is a common practice in this office. "Remember when we talked about this?" They couldn't remember what tooth needed the root canal!!!! He came in, did While looking at their own CHARTS!!!!! He came into the area I was in, looked at his chart, reviewed his notes, and determined that he couldn't figure out which tooth need work.
Not only that, but he miraculously found another tooth, while taking x-rays AFTER the procedure, that all of the previous xrays failed to show, has a cavity and also needs a new crown. Each crown costs almost $1200! I could have had both teeth extracted, and had a denture made for my lower jaw, that would have covered two other extractions for less money than he wants to receive for the two crowns. I am in my 50's, and dentures are in my near future. Guess what else, I received a full "treatment plan" for the crown. After a little research, I found that you cannot have a root canal without needing a crown, so, any "Treatment plan" for a root canal that doesn't address a crown is not only incomplete, it is also disingenuous. Think about this before you go to this practice. This office tells you , in writing, what your treatment plan will cost. You choose to agree to that price under the assumption that once you pay that cost , you are done. The next thing you know, you are told that you aren't even close to being done, your tooth is worse than before, and to fix it will cost you 12 times more than you were told it would cost. (In my case, with insurance and my flexplan, my out of pocket was $104, for the root canal which was all they told me I would need to pay in order to have a healthy tooth. They killed that tooth with the root canal, a tooth that wasn't causing me problems, by the way, and they are now claiming I need to spend another $1200 to finalize their handywork). I don't need a quack taking my insurance money, my flexplan money, nor anything out of pocket from me. Apparently, I have some dental work in my future, needless to say, Roane will not "earn" any more money from me.
