Verber Family Dentistry

Dr. Hanner and Jody handled a small procedure for me today. They were efficient and I felt nothing! It was almost pleasant!

Please understand that I do not normally write reviews, as I typically have better things to do with my time. However, the service I received at Verber Family Dentistry in Camp Hill deserves high praise. The administrative staff greeted me in a friendly manner and was helpful in ensuring I completed the new patient paperwork correctly. I was seen immediately by Mary, who has a great personality and professionally answered all of my questions. She performed x-rays and cleaned my teeth almost painlessly. When the dentist arrived (I cannot recall his name; he is of Pakistani descent) he reviewed Mary’s work and answered more of my questions. The dentist also had a great personality.

At no time during my visit on January 10th did I feel rushed or pressured or the slightest bit uncomfortable. Verber is a company who clearly emphasizes customer service.

One week after my visit I sent Verber a form via email and requested they assess my dental readiness. This form is required by the United States Army Reserve, of which I am a member. Verber completed the form and returned it the next day (today). They took the proactive step of filing this form in my records at their facility for future use to save me time.

It is my recommendation for anyone searching for a new dentist to give Verber Family Dentistry in Camp Hill a chance.

I began with Verber Family Dentistry several years ago, and have been very pleased with all care and counsel from Dr Michael Verber as well as his associates.
Mackenzie (Dental Hygienist) richly deserves a special shout out for her skills as knowledgeable, gentle but thorough, highly competent hygienist with her assessment skills, cleaning, and overall customer service skills. At my January 2020 appointment, I literally almost fell asleep during teeth cleaning!
I have recommended Dr Verber and his practice to my friends and family, because of his (& his associates') skilled conscientious multi-faceted dental care.

I have been going to Verber Family Dentistry for several years and always recommend it to friends who are looking for a new dentist. The front desk is very helpful, working around my families schedule and they are very personable over the phone. They never hesitate to find answers about my insurance or questions that I have. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. I see several hygienists, all who take the time to get to know me and my dental needs. I have never felt pressured into any treatment or felt rushed throughout the appointment. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make recommendations and talk about any issues they may find. The dentists remember us individually and always ask how my family is doing. Knowing they care about us personally and professionally makes going to the dentist more enjoyable. We had a family member have cosmetic work done by Dr. Verber and it turned out incredibly. I would recommend him for any type of cosmetic dentistry you are looking for. Their new building is beautiful and the rooms are always clean. I feel safe being treated there and highly recommend the office for adults AND children!

Ann Hoffman has been my hygienist for many years. She always makes me feel so welcomed and well cared for during my visits. Ann is extremely thorough and proactive in explaining the best practices for healthy oral care. She is truly an amazing person and huge asset to he Verber Family Dentistry practice. She truly makes visiting the dental office a wonderful and pleasant experience!!

Dr. Search is so professional. He made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure, and explained every step he took in preparing my tooth for a crown and setting it. I am so glad I chose to switch to Verber Family Dentistry.

I’ve been coming to Verber for two-ish years now and I have never had a bad experience. The hygienists have always been patient(they put your X-rays up on a tv in the room and I always have questions), friendly, and fun to talk to! I see Dr. Alfano, who is always kind and thorough, ensuring that I’m informed of any issues and making sure I’m having no problems with my teeth. Finally, the reception team is always efficient and positive to deal with. Honestly, I don’t think they could do anything to create a better experience and I appreciate all they do to ensure that coming to the dentist is a pleasant trip!
