I just began treating with Dr. Cohen. He and his staff are very nice, and very professional. I went for a cleaning and to have some extensive work done. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and did a thorough job. Dr. Cohen's work was excellent. He was very attentive to any pain I may experience and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the result and I would recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone for any dental issue.

Dr Cohen and his staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They hygienist did a great job and gave me just the right amount of (deserved) tough love. Dr Cohen filled a couple cavities quickly and effectively with a couple good jokes on the house!
More recently, I had to cancel an appointment, and Dr. Cohen graciously offered to mail the next couple "SureSmile" trays (invisalign) to my home.

Dr. Cohen is a truly knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful dentist who really goes above and beyond for his patients and anyone seeking dental assistance. During this concerning pandemic, I have been stressing over the urgency of my daughter's cavities and how and when to seek emergency treatment. I called numerous pediatric dental offices trying to reach someone that could give me guidance but to no avail. Upon reaching Dr. Cohen, he immediately put my mind at ease. He was extremely understanding, helpful, and willing to assist me in getting her the care she needed. He looked at photos of her teeth and suggested the best course of action, even willing to follow up further. I can't emphasize enough how truly encouraging it is to speak to a professional who really cares. I can assure you, Dr. Cohen truly does. He'll check up on you over the weekend if necessary and always makes sure that his patients are well cared for. Staff are friendly and courteous. Good hygenists who do a great job.

Dr Sharken has been taking care of my family's dental needs for over 27 years. He and his staff are simply the best imaginable. Needless to say, we were more than a little concerned when he decided to retire.
I am happy to report that Dr. Cohen is continuing Dr Sharken's tradition of high quality dentistry and personal customer service! Last week I chipped a tooth on Wednesday afternoon, called Downingtown Family Dentistry and had an appointment for 9:30 am Thursday morning! Jen, my fav Dental Hygenist, has been cleaning my teeth for many years and she is outstanding! Dr Cohen is an excellent dentist - Caring, gentle, skilled.
