The best there is. I love the staff and the atmosphere. I see Dr. Brittany and she’s awesome! My teeth look and feel the best they ever have, and she did the impossible of treating my severe TMJ! This office truly cares about their patients. Everyone in the office is kind, I love the receptionist too! They seem to quickly familiarize themselves with you and make you as comfortable as possible. I even received a handwritten Christmas card mailed to my house! I won’t go anywhere else

I am so happy I started coming here! I originally called about a year ago to see if they had any availability for me to come in since I was having a terrible toothache. They were able to get me in same day with Dr. Nick. I have been going there ever since! Dr. Nick is great and all the girls are so, so kind! I always had a fear of the dentist and I unfortunately, could’ve done a better job of taking care of my teeth throughout my life. I am always comfortable going to see them now and even more happy when I leave after each appointment because they are helping me get on the right track!

I actually don’t mind going to the dentist now! Friendliest staff, modern facilities.

Until I came here, I had never been to a dentist that I liked. I have a ton of anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Brit and the hygienists are always very patient with me and help calm me down. Even if my dental insurance wasnt accepted there I would still go. I absoluetly love them there.

Billed my insurance a consultation fee which I was never made aware of. Upon arriving it was the end of the day and the place was pretty empty. I sat there for thirty minutes while people kept coming out and workers kept walking past me looking at me but not calling me back. I was literally about to walk out and leave when finally someone asked if I was said person to which I replied yes. Said they thought I was in the bathroom this whole entire time and did not see me sitting there when she looked right at me several times. I went in for a consultation for veneers and I was recommended instead to get crowns. I have bonding on two of the top front and wanted something more solid long term just to reshape and keep my teeth straight and more square and aesthetically pleasing. Why would I want to grind down and ruin perfectly great teeth for crowns for what I am trying to accomplish and invite bacteria and rot to set in over time? They seemed to be kind of giving me weird vibes as if they didn't want to bother with me as well and asked if I had a dental exam recently. I am here just for a cosmetic consult and explained I've had a full mouth reconstruction basically done and was looking to do the finishing touches to my front now. Obviously I am working with a dentist who takes care of my teeth routinely at this stage in the game but they do not do cosmetic dentistry. Then I was told they would need to do x-rays. I have had tons of x-rays done at my routine dentist that I opted to provide them copies of if we were to move forward with work and they refused stating they needed their own. As if my x-rays were not good enough and want to waste my money and insurance money. I don't want to pay for something extra I do not need when I already have tons of x-rays. I was told they would submit to my insurance to see what the cost of crowns would be and follow up. They never did. Never inquired about the crowns with my insurance at all. Just billed my insurance without my knowledge for a consult fee. I pay cash for everything cosmetic done to my teeth. Would have been nice instead of using my insurance funds to pay cash for the consultation if I was even made aware of it instead of going behind my back and billing me for whatever amount you felt like without informing me there was a fee or giving me a receipt or a bill! You are liars and thieves. Or I would have never even done the consult. If someone drops this much money cash on their teeth I think you should treat someone with a little more respect next time instead of treating me like I just walked off of the street. I wont be returning, and I will take my money and my business elsewhere and would not recommend. They are not the best cosmetic dentist in the area as they claim. The girl at the front desk was the only thing great about the experience. She was personable and friendly. The rest of them seemed a bit cold. I spent more than 20k on my teeth which has been an extreme investment. If I wanted crowns I can get them at my routine dentist for half the cost so seeing you would be completely pointless. Dentist examining my teeth acted afraid to even look at or touch my teeth. Did not seem confident of what he was doing or telling me. They made me feel oddly uncomfortable and left me not confident to ever let them proceed with my teeth.

I recently switched dentists and decided to give Electric City Dentistry a try. I'm so happy I did! I finally feel as if I know where I truly stand with my dental health. They were able to do work for me seamlessly that other dentist's deemed undoable. Dr.Daniela is fantastic and has made a patient for life with me.
