Dental health care around here is horrible to get into. I've been rescheduled multiple times because of their doctors. And I was running 15 minutes late. It's halfway there with my son, who needed a root canal and got rescheduled because I was running. 15 minutes late, and that's only because I live in Mercer County and I can't get good dental care there. So it's just a huge headache. Staff isn't reasonable. And I hope the best for anybody else that has to go there.

My 6 year old (5 at the time) was seen last year for some fillings, and overall I was very pleased with the work, they were very professional, they went over everything I needed to know as well as answered all/any questions I had.
I was seen yesterday for 3 extractions, I have a bad anxiety disorder, I was very shaken up and afraid; A nurse came in and held my hand the whole time (God bless her) and the dentist as well as assistant were very kind, and made sure they went over each step for me, it wasn’t as painful as I expected, it was quick, and easy!

Thank you allied dental, especially to the nurse who sat and held my hand through the whole thing, you’re God sent!

I was 10 minutes early to my appointment for a root canal (scheduled 3 months ago) and was told I am going to be made to wait for care because they didnt have my correct telephone number in their computer. How does that make sense???

So I sat in that cramped lobby with NO LESS than 15 other people and all of their kids who are coughing, sneezing, etc. for a full hour past my appointment time and was still not seen, however, people now walking in the door were able to go right on back.

Its over 60 minutes past the appointment time now and even more people are coming in and people are now shoulder to shoulder. I had a panic attack and could not breathe and had to leave immiedately. Insanity.

And if that wasnt enough, the blonde and brunette front desk ladies were OPENLY TEXTING AND WATCHING TIKTOK while the lobby is piling up. PATHETIC.

This is not a healthy way to conduct business and this entirely unacceptable behavior top to bottom. It should have every last one of you ashamed. Do better.

They pulled the WRONG teeth. They went from a OLD referral instead of a new one. They tried saying they needed pulled when they did NOT. They said they needed to have 4 pulled but outta the 4 that needs pulled, they didn’t pull a single one. They pull teeth just to get money from you whether they need pulled or not. They also schedule appointments for you and when you show up to them, their dentist asks you why are you here because even tho they pulled the wrong teeth, they still can’t comprehend what teeth still need pulled. I cannot stress this enough, don’t waste your time coming here. They are corrupt. They can NOT be trusted to do the correct thing. Protect yourself from these people. They shouldn’t even have a license or a anything at this point.

i went here over the last 2-3 years and got numerous fillings, one root canal, and then i got my wisdom teeth removed there. i thought it was fine at the time and i thought i got decent treatment but after they didn’t schedule anymore appointments or check ups for after my wisdom teeth removal. today i went in to a new dentist and i found out that i need 6 root canals because most of the fillings i got they made too deep and my root canal was done poorly. i’m already down 3 molars because they decided they needed removed which now i’m questioning if that was true since they botched my simple fillings and a root canal. i have to go all the way to cleveland to try and save my teeth. i am 16 years old. now i’m having to worry about losing my last 2 bottom molars and 4 other teeth including a few top ones.

My last appointment was absolutely awful. I got 2 bottom molars on opposite sides pulled. They were both already broken and I was to be put to sleep for the extraction but couldn't because of medical issues. They never xrayed again to see the best route to pull. He just grabbed and yanked. My one tooth exploded and he had to dig it out of my jaw for 20mins. I choaked on pieces of my tooth and then the other tooth also broke and had to be dug out but nothing like the left one. He also slammed my other teeth twice when he slipped, I swore he broke my front teeth in the process but theyre okay thank God. They never rinsed me or anything after. Put gauze in my mouth and said i was good to go. Left tooth all through my mouth and pieces all through my gums that later my hubby had to dig out with tweezers. And they left a big chunk of the right tooth still attached under my gum line that we can't get out so now I'll have to have that dug out too. The amount he dug my jaw was insane and I've never been in so much pain or bled so much after an extraction. I will never go back!

I have one word and it’s PAIN because when I went here for a cleaning this lady poked and stabbed my gums. So much blood. After she was done stabbing me and scraping my teeth I was left in a lot of discomfort my gums hurt and my teeth are sore. Overall bad experience.

First off, I love that you can send texts to schedule appointments or just ask questions it’s so convenient as a busy mother. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I was so afraid. The staff reassured me and made me feel 100% comfortable. The whole procedure only lasted about 40 minutes and I had no problems falling asleep and it felt like I was only there for 5 minutes. I woke up and didn’t feel any pain at all until about 3 hours later. I highly recommend this office!!

As much as anyone can claim going to the dentist as a favorable experience this place is it. I was initially referred to Allied via another Dentist and quickly understood I had left the equivalent of a back alley abortionist and stepped into a top notch facility. Great Dentists, Great staff. Knowledgeable and Caring. Quickly identified and fixed the issues. The text straight to Dr and or office staff is amazingly proficient. I drive an hour one way and will continue for all my dental needs. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Brilliant Quality Care.
