I'm extremely choosy about dental practices thanks to numerous bad experiences in the past at other places. Seeing a Dentist places you in a naturally vulnerable position and it means everything to be treated with compassionate respect. This office is consistently professional, organized, friendly, reasonably priced, and super responsive to any questions or concern. They completely demystify dental implants and lay everything out transparently. I never feel pressured to over-spend and they're great with treatment planning options. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an appointment scheduled as a new patient. At 3pm the day prior to her 8am appointment Advanced & Comfort Dentistry calls her requesting her X-rays from her previous practice. Normally this wouldn't be a probably, however giving her 2 hrs before the days end is impossible. She asked if they could just clean her teeth without them since they gave her to no time to get them. Needless to say she had to cancel her appointment or pay the $70 out of pocket of new X rays. In the future please give the patient ample time and make them aware of all the requirements you need prior to appointments.

I was very nervous, as it was my first time. However every single person was very kind and patient and very thorough!! Only the lobby could use some freshening and attn. Otherwise the place great and I look forward to keeping them as my dentist!!

I was never a patient but was charged for a missed appointment even though i called to cancel.
I made an appointment and then we had bad weather so i rescheduled it. Then i was called out of town so i couldn't make my rescheduled appointment.
I called to cancel and explained and was told since i wasn't a patient yet i wouldn't be charged but i just received a bill.
It said because i had rescheduled my first appointment for the bad weather and had to cancel my rescheduled it was counted as two? I don't really understand.
I won't be rescheduling with the office.
I would understand if I was actually a patient being charged but since I was never established as a patient I don't think I should be charged. Or if I made the appointment and never showed up or called as a new patient I would understand that as well.

First experience great (thanks Christie and sun)
2nd experience 👎
Dr. Natalie was rude and kept stabbing my upper cheek and when I stopped her and told her (3 times), she was like “ there’s a lot of plaque in your gums but your doing great.”
No lol your aim is trash. Have ownership and don’t put your lack of coordination on the patient. I can clean my teeth better with a butter knife.
Also clearly rushing and didn’t care for comfort since it was her last appt.

Very pleasant staff, fast and efficient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Son was very kind, thorough, understanding and patient with me. I would definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Honestly, I could’ve fallen asleep at how comfortable this dentist is. Thank you guys so much for making me feel so comfortable. Only had to numb me one time. Very precise little to no pain at the end.

Went in for emergency care. Said they could treat if no infection. Staff was kind. Dr. Natalie not so much. Bedside manner was negative. Took a quick glance at x-rays, was very aggressive in her tone about her diagnosis and would not treat me even though there was no infection. Dr. Natalie blamed office manager for scheduling the wrong type of appointment. Dr. Natalie decided conversation was done and walked out on the visit shaking her head. It was a waste of time to visit this office and would not recommend under any circumstances, especially in an emergency. By the end i felt relief that dr. Natalie didn't treat me because by her bedside manner I would've thought she'd botch the job either as a mistake or even on purpose. In the end she had misdiagnosed me as I was able to see another dentist and specialist who gave me answers and proper care. Office manager tried to defend her scheduling and voided the bill from the visit.

I was in for a cleaning and was told I would need a crown on a tooth that didn't bother me. I agreed with what the doctor had said and proceeded to get a crown. I've been in pain since the day the crown was put in. I came back to the office to have them "adjust" it and I was charged to have it adjusted (even though it was their mistake). I was still in pain after returning for adjustments so they referred me to have a root canal at another practice. I went to my old dentist for a second opinion and it turns out they were filing down the wrong tooth the entire time. I did not need a root canal and lucky I asked for a second opinion if not I would have had unnecessary work done that I did not need and I would have had to pay for. Not to mention I could have avoided months of pain. I will definitely not be returning again.
