I love everything about this dentist office . They have a wonderful staff welcoming and warming as soon as you step in the office . The office is super clean always . The staff always looks and acts professional and they work very diligently to get me in and out as a busy mom of two ! Doctor Phillips is very very knowledgeable about dentistry and has helped my mouth tremendously. He is very honest about what you may or may not need to do. I have several hygienist here and haven’t had one I didn’t like so when I call to schedule a future cleaning it’s nice not to have to pick a specific person because they are all great ! The front office lady always has a smile ready to help you out ! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist ! :)

My visits with Dr. Phillips have been nothing but positive. I'm older and started having dental problems some time ago. I realize I "may" lose teeth, need work done that can be expensive, and (to me) this means I want a dentist that will do more than just treat the tooth. They need to talk with me and discuss options, consequences, urgency, and ways to 'manage' my situation if needed. For instance--don't examine and say, that tooth needs to be pulled. Talk with me about your findings, let ME ask what my options are, the cost, etc. Treat the PATIENT as well as the problem. This is my experience with Dr. Phillips. He takes the time to discuss and to listen.

Last year I was told by the dentist's here that i needed some sort of tooth drilling and fill. I was told by them it would be covered by insurance so I could do it in spring of 2018. I go to my appointment to get my tooth drilled and a temporary cap and I'm told I URGENTLY need to go back and get the permanent fill which was no problem, until I showed up for the appointment and it was going to cost me a pretty penny because they failed to inform me insurance would not cover it. I couldn't afford the procedure and they told me it would be fully covered if I waited a year until 2019, so I waited very painfully with constant tooth pain and trouble eating, beyond excited when 2019 hit because I thought I'd be able to get this filling and be done with this pain. Wrong. Now, I'm being informed it covers it but not all the way and now i can't afford this either because there was no communication here at all. I have no clue what's going on with my tooth, what to do, it hurts terribly and I'd have never had it drilled out if I was just told that insurance wouldn't cover it in the first place. This is a ridiculous situation to be put in and I'm very let down with the dentist that is usually very helpful and good to me.

Dr. Phillips is our family dentist and has taken GREAT care of all four of us! We know he not only cares about our teeth, but he cares about each of us on a personal level too. Everyone in the office is so friendly and they make us feel very comfortable at each visit. I've never needed emergency care, but I have two friends who have and he ALWAYS puts his patient's first.....even delaying leaving on a vacation to care for someone who needed him.
