The receptionists are utterly unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, or time management. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM, I arrived 15 minutes due to it being my first visit. When I arrived there was a sign that stated “Sign in and take a seat”, I followed the directions due to the two receptionists talking and no greeting. Around 9:15 AM, I finally got up to ask about my appointment and she informed that she hadn’t even checked me in. There was no apology, instead they tried not to see me due to their unprofessionalism.

This place is horrible! No sympathy! Dont come to get uour teeth pulled here. They’ll have you awake and give you big shots through the roof of your mouth. They dont care how rough they are. Dont come here. Unless you want to be traumatized!
