Although, I didn't have any work done....the staff was very attentive to all of my needs. The actual work will be done on Jan. 23rd and I am sure I will have more to say about my experience with the staff. At this time I am sure that I will be well cared for by every one. The staff was great on my second visit and Dr Nowell is my hero, and I am not exaggerating.. at all. I had 2 extractions and I didn't feel anything, and I healed overnight. Then he had to take an impression for additions to my partial....to make a long story short....I am free of loose teeth, my partial fits perfectly, after a couple extra visits....and I have Dr. Nowell's to thank, along with all of his wonderful staff members. So, from the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you all for being so generous, helpful and very supportive of me throughout my time in the office. THANK YOU DR. NOWELL AND STAFF!!!

Where do I begin, Dr. Nowell has been my dentist for over 10 years. As a person, I so appreciate Dr. Nowell. However, that is where it stops. Just like most people I avoid the dentist like the plague. The drilling, the anxiousness it not something I enjoy doing on a biyearly visit. SO to the best of my abilities I try to keep my teeth clean and looked after. Never had a problem, but the occasional very small cavity. In May of last year, I called into Dr. Nowell's office with considerable tooth pain. If you have ever had tooth pain you know it is unlike anything else. Ginger (office staff) rudely informed I had a balance on my account of $25 dollars. Yes $25.00 dollars, after paying this amount she proceeded to tell me that Dr. Nowell didn't have any openings for over a month and half. I expressed my pain, asked to be added to the cancellation list , and ended the phone call there. I called my mother in tears, knowing that I could not live with this pain for another month my mother called, less than 5 minutes later. Ginger was able to offer her an appointment a week later. My mom then asked her if I could take her spot. Also, I would like to note. My mother, my father, My grandmother, AND my husband are all patients of Dr. Nowell's. FOR YEARS, not months, not a few years but for over 10 YEARS!! The pain came from a tooth that required a root canal. I paid cash up front for every appointment, the root canal and the crown for the tooth in question. Around a total of $600.00! A few weeks after the root canal was completed. I called the office once more, my tooth was so sensitive. I called to verify that this should be happening because I was not familiar with root canals or crowns. The office staff was once again rude and replied "of course you are going to have sensitivity, you just had a root canal". So for 10 months I have lived with sensitivity. Over a month ago, I woke up in excruciating pain. My root canal is failing. I called to see if Dr. Nowell's could get me

Dr. Nowell has been my dentist for over 25 years. When I first saw him I had several bad experiences with dentists in the past so had not been in over 10 years. He and his staff have always been patient, kind, professional, caring, and even have me laughing on occasion. After searching for a new Dentist for our family, we are surely blessed to have found this one. Absolutely everyone working here made us feel like we had just been welcomed into their home. They went over and beyond scheduling when it was the most convenient for us, without once making me feel like it was a hassle. I called and it was a miss understanding with my appointment so I tried to reschedule the receptionist told me they could not even reschedule my appointment and she didnt even know when there will be one. She was very unprofessional due to the fact she was not attentive to my needs. She claim I owed 40 dollars but did not mention it when she first made my appointment. I informed her it was not a problem but I'm sure I played my bill I would not be making another appointment and requesting more service and still owed someone, I have a business myself and would not want no one to do me that way.

Having smashed my face in a fall on Nov 11, I took pix of the damage to my teeth and sent them to Dr. Nowell's office to see if they could help. They showed the pics to Dr Mike and I was pleased he could fix them. It took a while to heal before he could do anything, but got temp crowds about 6 weeks later. I just got my perment crowns today. Would have gotten them 2 weeks sooner but had a bad cold and cough so has to postpone until today. The care Dr Mike and his office staff showed during this traumatic event has been just amazing! This is the only dentist office I have ever looked forward to visiting, even for just teeth cleaning. I just love these folks. If you've ever had a bad experience with a dentist, call Dr Nowell's office. I promise they will care for you like family!
