Amazing customer service, and the whole team makes sure you’re comfortable, that you understand the concerns and processes, and help make sure you can make the best decisions without feeling pressured into certain payments. Ms. Sandra at the front desk is so sweet and phenomenal, definitely makes the best first impression for the whole office. Ms. Tracy has been my tech thus far. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist chair and she is so comforting and kind during the entire visit, she definitely makes it better for me. Dr. Shedd is efficient, kind, answers all my questions, and has a gentle touch. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a dental provider. 5 stars and then some!
