I don’t think anyone “enjoys” going to the dentist. But every single time from the front desk, to the hygienist and both dentist in the office- my visits have been exceptional. The office is clean, everyone is extremely friendly and they explain everything thoroughly. I’ve never left feeling rushed or like I didn’t understand my care plan. I’ve recommended them to tons of people and will continue to do so!

Often asked about my white teeth and nice smile... they don't just magically happen to be nice. It takes work and finding a good Hygienist supported by solid DDS are so often under-rated. So I have been looking for 3 years here in HSV. Finally stopped randomly bouncing from office to office. Armed with a spreadsheet and questions ranging from perio-charting, to they type of lasers in office, I interviewed 11 dental hygienist and dentist. So far, I am pleased with the communication and especially the attention to care provided.

This was my first visit to Twickenham Family Dentistry and it was truly a fantastic visit. The Hygienist (Macy) listened to my concerns and was gentle during my visit. I also didn't have to move from room to room and I was out of my visit in under an hour. Dr. Brian Cook was caring and addressed my concerns during the visit. I have follow up visit and will be sure to leave another review.

This is the absolute best dental office I have ever been to! They have been so sweet and caring from the moment I made my appointment and through my many various appointments thus far. Dr. Kestner is so kind and really shows compassion toward her patients, which I love. Mindy and Amber have always welcomed me into their rooms with sweet smiles and calming spirits. Stephanie at the front is always so nice and helpful. I REALLY love my dentist’s office!

I haven’t been to a dentist in at LEAST 6 years, if not closer to 8 years, so I had some anxiety making a new patient appointment. But I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. Firstly, the waiting room had me absolutely floored, I was not expecting such a pretty and welcoming area. Everyone was super kind from the moment I walked in. They explained each step of the process and were very patient, professional, and friendly through my entire visit. Thankfully my visit was all clear, but even if I had any issues needing another visit, I would be totally okay with that.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Twickenham! I’ve just started going to this dentist office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care and services so far. All the hygienist are so sweet and kind (especially my hygienist today, Macy who was just the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain the entire time!), and Dr. Kesner is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m a work in progress after being afraid to go to the dentist for years, but I’m so happy I’ve finally found a dentist office I’m completely comfortable and at ease with the moment I walk in the door.

I recommend this practice! The hygienist, Macy, noticed I was anxious and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was doing OK. Definitely one of the least stressful dental cleanings I've had!

Great service today...Maggie a terrific, professional and patient friendly dentistry associate with Dr. Cook, provided a super experience. I'm at work in Progress; they will be handling my needs for the foreseeable future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. !!!

I just had my first appointment with Twickenham Family dentistry and can only say great things about this place. Dr. Kestner and her dental hygienist (Amber) were very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, and left me with great recommendations for improving my oral care. I also had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Cook and he is a true professional. The office was very clean and the equipment seemed updated and modern. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time I was there. I definitely made the right decision to come here and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Had my first appointment with Twickenham Family Dentistry the beginning of December. First dentist I’ve ever been to that told me every single thing they were going to do before they did it. It really helped with my anxiety. Macy and Dr Kestner, along with all of the other staff I encountered, were amazing. Very friendly and caring group of people!

I've been a patient here since ~2014, and I have always had a positive experience. Dr. Brian Cook is very professional but also warm and personable. I have also recently been seen by Dr. Kestner (sp?) and she is so friendly and professional as well! Ms. Amber is definitely the show-stopping hygienist and loves her job! She is incredibly fun and always makes me smile (to better clean my teeth I bet!). I highly recommend this location!

After dealing with a very bad tooth every single person has been very compassionate and kind through the whole process. And I mean every single staff member is always friendly and they make you feel as if you are the only patient they have. Dr. Cook explained every step he made to ease my anxiety and I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you Dr. Cook and staff. ❤️

My family and I have been going to Twickenham Family Dentistry for a few years now. Dr. Cook and his staff, from front office to billing to hygienists, are incredible. Amber (hygienist) can put even the most dental-anxious person at ease.

Amber does the best job cleaning my teeth and makes it fun to be there. Everyone there is very nice.

My husband and I have been coming to this office for several years now. I had a medical issue a year ago and Dr. Cook diagnosed and treated it perfectly. All the nurses and staff are wonderful, polite and do a fantastic job. Their new office is beautiful and makes you feel right at home! Thanks TFD!

I highly recommend this office! Dr. Cook and Dr. Kestner and the entire staff are always a joy! I have received excellent care and truly feel they care about me and calm all my concerns.

Very professional yet personal. My teeth are in good shape because of them, they’re great educators and motivators too! My daughter goes with me and I would highly recommend them for you’re children’s dental care too. Thank y’all!!

All the personnel were very professional. Katelyn Dickens, RDH is the best hygienist. All the co-workers were so friendly and made you feel right at home. Can’t wait for my next visit.
