I have the worst Anxiety to go to any dentist due to several bad past experiences!!! But here at complete dental not only is Abby amazing the Dentist is amazing the front staff is amazing !!I’ve never felt more comfortable and safe getting serious dental work done thanks for making me smile again!! See y’all in less than 2 weeks! And I don’t need a Valium to go here first dentist ever I don’t have to take something to go!

Marlene is an excellent hygienist- especially for someone who has a lot of anxiety being at the dentist. Dr. Selman is nice. The office is generally on time so you can get sn exam and cleaning and be out in less than an hour.

I first went to CD in Decatur the dentist there was nice and explained everything. The hygienist was ok. I just did not like the cold spray method she did to chk tooth. I told them which one was bothering me but they said it had to be one beside it and pulled it. After that I still continue to have trouble with the one I said was bothering me. I went to the CD in Madison. The girl upfront Ashley was very kind. And the hygienist was a charm! The dentist however left a lot to be desired. I once again told him and showed him which tooth was bothering. He told me it could not be that one it had a root canal. I explained that in MS where I just moved from. My dentist had found that several of my root canals had not got all of the root. He told me “I’ve been a dentist for 26 years…” He also said well it’s like you don’t believe me so you need to go elsewhere for second opinion. He did not listen to me or my concern. He had absolutely no bedside manner. I left there and tried flossing and once again it is up under the tooth I said was hurting! No matter how many years you’ve had in dentistry sometimes you need to listen to your patient instead of talking over them. I won’t be back. The lady up front did call to chk as to why I left one star. She asked if she did something wrong …she was extremely kind , the dentist needs to take lessons from her and his hygienist. That’s all.

My dental hygienist Tammy Halley and Dr. Collins were both very kind. Tammy even provided me with glasses so the light didn’t bother my eyes, and a pillow so my head was comfortable. She asked if I was doing okay throughout the whole cleaning appointment. This was my third appointment with Complete Dental Madison, and it was a great experience!
