Have been a patient of Dr. Tiffany Dean for more than a decade now. I have NEVER been disappointed with her services, nor her professional yet very personal demeanor - she is a nice person to be around, and surrounds herself with such. I love Dr Dean a lot (AND my Hygienist); she's one of my top dentist in the area, but after trying to deal with getting someone to answer the phone for 2 months... I'll never be back. You can call 5x per day (multiple extensions) and they will not answer except maybe 1x per month. Leave voice messages on the machine they won't return your call, leave a message with a person that answers the one day per month.. she won't have anyone return your call. I even went to the clinic because no one would answer and the receptionist didn't even attempt to help - she told me someone would have to call me.... of course she probably never passed it along. If Dr Dean ever leaves this practice I'll definitely follow her - just gotta get rid of the receptionist.

Used to love this office and staff. Back for a routine cleaning and very disappointed with techs and desk staff. Office manager and receptionist were giving mixed answers on my payment. Office manager was rude. Such a shame bc Dr Dean is amazing!
