I don't particularly like dentist offices (only second to hospital waiting rooms), but this is a family-centered living room where life is enhanced by the warm communication of the staff and the concessions provided with thoughtfulness set forth in the lobby/playroom area. You really don't get quality service like this in any other dental office!

Dr. Ken Wynne has more than enough experience that you should feel confident that any issues you're having will be fixed. I feel like Dr. Wynne truly enjoys his job and continues to offer dental services to help people. I've visited other dental offices and I feel the (less experienced) dentists in town are overcharging to pay for their lifestyle or kids college tuition. There are 3 dentist offices in this building. I decided to give this one a whirl. Went in on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 8:00 AM. I filled out the office paperwork when I scheduled the appointment and arrived 5 minutes early on the day of the appointment. I was told to take a seat and they would come get me. At around 8:05 I was informed that the dental hygienist was stuck in traffic and my appointment was cancelled. I'm very understanding of situations like this, you can't control traffic or accidents. However if you were coming from eagle river and got caught in traffic I'm pretty sure you would know by 7:30 that you weren't going to be there by 8:00 for my appointment. If I had gotten a call saying "don't come in, your appointment is cancelled" I would have been a happy camper. It's just very unprofessional and disorganized to have this happen. So to reiterate, cancelling appointments, part of life. Cancelling appointments 5 minutes after the appointment time when the patient is already there, unprofessional and unacceptable. I was looking forward to having a regular dentist in Anchorage. Sad days.
