I love them they are so sweet and kind I ended up having a panic attack and they understand and let me leave I felt bad for stressing them out

Totally not professional bad service. No response or late response. Had a bone graft for implant but had to do it again in different dentist. So irresponsible. Definitely not going back I wouldn’t want any of my families and friends go to glacier dentist!!!!!!

I was told that they wanted to extract 4 more bottom teeth tho I was'nt told why they wanted to extract those 4 additional teeth tho. I was really hoping and expecting my actual dentist to do the work at the visit. I had made a very polite suggestion to have the very loud radio turned to a more soothing music , And was told rudely that 'Your in a dentist office& you do'nt get to choose what music we listen to'. Victims of justice is paying to have my inplants put in. Due to my assault& palattal fracture.,missing teeth,ect I stil was'nt given a copy of my treatment plan. I was given only 1 pack of gauze. I am not impressed,very hurt & dissapointed.

Dr. Choi was very helpful and did excellent work in my teeth. She listened to me and addressed my concerns directly. I will return to see her. The practice also allowed me to talk about my options and then take time to go over the financial and insurance aspects of them before making a decision.

I’ve come here on and off again since I was a kid but I would say yesterday was the worst appointment I’ve ever had. The dentist it’s self was fine, it was the dental assistant I had an issue with. When they were trying to put in a filling, the girl put a bunch of cotton in my mouth and was pushing down on my tongue to the point where I was almost gagging. When it came to the cleaning, she was rough when she was flossing my teeth at the end. I have permanent metal wires on the top and bottom of my teeth from when I had braces and it can be tricky to floss. She used this little plastic loop thing to get the floss through my teeth. It was obvious that it didn’t want to go through but she continued trying. She jammed it through my bottom teeth and it was uncalled for how rough she was being. It was uncomfortable. A couple hours after my appointment, a bottom tooth is sensitive to air. The nerve is making my jaw ache. I never write reviews but this was the most unpleasant experience.
