All-Star staff! They made sure I was good through EVERY STEP of the process during multiple visits. I've had bad experiences at other dental spots (I hate going to the dentist), but Mint Dental is the best experience I've had, hands down. Everybody is friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their work is excellent and got me feeling more confident than ever! They are my first recommendation to family and friends. Thank you Mint Dental.

I'm always very anxious going to the dentist, but this time was much different. Jamie was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this office. Jamie also helped me save as much money as possible and gave me thorough feedback. She answered all of my questions, she also went above and beyond to ensure all of my dental needs were being met. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I definitely would.

BEWARE! Worst dental office in Anchorage! They take your insurance information “say” they’ve done their due diligence and that your service is covered then send you a bill 6 months later!

Very very unpleasant treatment. Ask not for a upper plate to look like Ed the horse. That happen. Then to be having to always correct there non professional care to listen and have to fight to prove to them the Dr. did write a prescription for a antibiotics to cure a bad gum infection that keeps coming back . I then feel bad to write the truth. No more Mint Dental for me. I hope one day I find a dentist to really care to listen not always correcting there mistakes. Sad treatment .

Mint dental is a five star experience. I truly enjoyed my dental visit here. The customer service was excellent and they were so friendly. I am happy to be a new patient. ShaQuana was an excellent assistant. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Dr. Fields and the hygenist Joann was very thorough. The Entire staff professional, and the office very clean. I love Mint dental, everyone is so nice and wonderful. They did amazing work on my Invisalign. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Wow! Dr. Krogh and his assistant Josddy are fantastic! Both are very knowledgeable and gentle! I will make sure to request them both when I go back!

They're all doing an amazing job, they even helped my little sister to ease her pain when she has a wisdom tooth problem not only that the fact that my little sis scared of needles, they make so simple for her not to freaked out and they did an awesome job on her. Job well done guys❤️❤️❤️

Ever since I was a kid i was anxious and afraid to go to the dentist. These guys made me feel ZERO pain. I didn't feel the needles nor the pliers grab my teeth out. Excellent up front paying. I'll be back to save the rest of my teeth.

Can’t get the directions to Folker street via 36th Ave!!!!!! I’m trying to get the map corrected! So many things in the Anchorage map are not possible or are unsafe.

EDIT: I finally sorted this out with the office manager and am now extremely happy with the service. Changed my review to 4 stars, deducting one for the initial frustration and upset. Moral of the story here: if you get frustrating and non-customer friendly answers, ask for the office manager. I know that sounds so ‘Karen’ but I think they would rather you do that than get a negative review. Original post: I went to these guys in Oct 2021 and they farmed out some of the work to another provider who they highly recommended and who was very expensive. This work was extremely shoddy and two teeth broke off in my mouth in March 2022. It is awful. I can’t smile and I am barely able to chew food. I called Mint Dental, fully expecting them to stand by their treatment plan and the fiasco they had caused. Instead, they wanted $250 to check over the work. That was just for an ‘exam fee’, with NO restorative work performed. Very upset!

This is an amazing office. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to be seen quickly and they helped work with my insurance to save me money. I would highly recommend!!!

Had my first experience at Mint Dental! Erin was a fantastic dental hygienist, she was welcoming, kind, and competent, and my teeth were as clean as ever walking out the door. Nice to know I can check "look for a good dental office", off my list.

I had a wonderful dental visit to put a crown on one of my teeth. The dentist and her assistant were friendly and informative. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during the visit. Great job Mint Dental.

My experience here was fantastic. I saw Dr. Bowman. He is an incredible dentist and was so professional and genuine. I had some issues with my front teeth that I was embarrassed about for years. Dr. Bowman went above and beyond and I am so happy with my smile now. I used to feel super self conscious about my teeth and now I feel beautiful. I am not afraid to smile anymore. I can’t thank you enough. You guys are top notch!

Great dental office they treat you like family and take care of your insurance for you. Even if you are visiting and they are not your primary dental office, if you have an emergency go see them! Or make this your permanent office! You won’t regret it.
