I have been using Dr Crosby for many years and his work has always been excellent. Recently I asked his help with a dental emergency. He immediately reorganized to treat the problem which was solved very quickly, professionally and successfully. Such good service is exceptional these days! Thank you.

I would like to commend Dr. Crosby, Eva, and Crystal for their exceptional dedication to patients, their professionalism, and care. I have gone to Dr. Crosby for several different dental services including regular check ups, cleanings, fillings, TMJ issues, and crowns. I am never disappointed, as he is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest in dental care and pain management. His equipment in the office is the most advanced I have seen, even in the lower 48. The entire staff is very caring and never makes you feel like you are bothering them. Dr. Crosby even includes his home phone number on their office voicemail in case of an emergency. I don’t know of another doctor in my experience that has ever done that. They promptly return calls and do whatever they can to get you in as soon as possible….often coming into the office early if they are already booked for the day. Dr Crosby has a great team! When my old provider’s wanted to pull out practically all my teeth Dr Crosby worked with me to create long term plan to save my teeth! I love my smile.

I have Sjogren's Syndrome and have had issues with my teeth for years. I was at my wit's end when I finally found Dr. Crosby. It was truly a relief to work with a dentist that understood my anxiety and concerns. He already knew quite a lot about Sjogren's, but dove in and spent even more time researching so that he could provide the best possible plan to get my teeth and my smile back into shape. I am absolutely thrilled with the work that Dr. Crosby did for me. I've always been self-conscious about my teeth, but now love the way they look. I always have a smile on my face and I've even received multiple compliments on how great my teeth look. That has never happened to me before! I can whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Crosby and his staff. I absolutely love them. They work hard to listen to concerns, provide the best possible care, and create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

I am visiting Anchorage, living in Florida. On April 9th while eating, my back molar broke a piece off. My family had gone to Dr. Crosby and have had excellent service. I called them on Sunday and left a message. They called me Monday morning and opened up a time for me to come that day for X-ray. Dr. Crosby said he could make a crown in his office. His office staff, this was Eva, was so polite and professional and secured an appointment on the 12th. I have a robust fear of dental work and prepared for the worse. Dr Crosby put all my anxiety to rest, prepared my tooth, made a new crown in his office and in two hours total walked out with a perfectly fitted crown. I had no pain even after the numbness wore off. Dr Crosby even called that evening just to make sure all was well. I strongly recommend Dr Crosby for your dental work. My insurance plan requires me to pay up front and then submit the claims via mail. Eva had all the claim forms filled out for me including a stamped envelope already addressed. Maybe I can just designate Dr Crosby as my primary dentist as I visit Anchorage 3-4 times a year.

I have been a patient of Dr Crosby since 2019. From the very first appointment I was greeted with professionalism and authenticity by himself and his staff. The atmosphere is very calming, soothing and relaxing. It's always been a unique and genuine experience. When I found Dr. Crosby nearly 20 years ago, he explained to me the importance of my bite and how my teeth fit together; you see, as a child, I was a grinder and managed to crack all of my molars! Now in my 60's, using the latest precision technology, Dr. Crosby, corrected my bite and my grinding stopped! He also corrected a tooth that affected my smile, and now I love my smile. Thanks, Dr. Crosby! P.S. His injections don't hurt!

Couldn’t recommend Dr Crosby and his staff more. We are new-ish to anchorage and my wife and I have both seen him. Both of us for cleanings and some more major work for me. Cleanings were a breeze, it is a high tech office so don’t be worried about a lot of manual hand tools scraping against your teeth…it’s painless and actually enjoyable. I have a lot of apprehension about going to dentist due to some traumatic injuries in the past. I had to get a 3 tooth bridge today due to my temporary flipper breaking. Again, super high tech! Getting the local anesthetic is often the worst part, instead of a traditional syringe, he uses a pump that controls the administration and you don’t even feel the shot. As for the bridge, no more sloppy molds and waiting two weeks…everything in your mouth is scanned digitally and Dr Crosby creates your bridge/crown based on the 3D imagery, which then sends the finished product to a Cnc-type machine to mill your crown or bridge out of a solid piece of porcelain. The whole experience is done in a few hours and you walk out with your final bridge. Through my middle and high school years, I spent a ton of time in a dental chair from my teeth being knocked out twice. Due to this, i have some experience with dentists and can confidently say that my time with Dr Crosby and staff for minor cleanings or major dental work was the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had in one of those chairs. If you’re new in town and need a new dentist, or if you are just looking for a better experience…look no further. Call Dr Crosby and don’t look back. Small office, great people, good conversation, and a good learning opportunity throughout. I look forward to going in again for my next cleaning. That’s not something I’ve ever said before. To top it all off, I got a call at 7pm the night of my bridge, to my surprise it was Dr Crosby checking in to make sure everything was ok. I have never had positive experiences with dentistry and have had very traumatic procedures in early adulthood. I associated pain and fear with anything related to my teeth. Needless to say, I avoided dentistry and suffered. My entire life I have had issues with my jaw and bite. Dr. Crosby and his team not only changed my anxiety and fear with dentistry but provided lasting comfort for my chronic TMJ condition. The process was smooth and noninvasive. The treatment required no major surgeries to correct my major jaw misalignment. More importantly, I saw improvement immediately. My migraines, stiffness, and discomfort are now gone, and I wear my orthotic everyday. I regret not doing this sooner, but am so very happy that I DID! Dr. Crosby was kind enough to take me in very last minute to fix an issue that I was having with my braces. I go to an orthodontist in the lower 48, and had just had an appointment there. It would have been a ton to fly down just to have this fixed. I can’t thank him enough for helping me!

Dr. Crosby and his staff are fantastic. They make you feel at home and do everything they can to make your visit a pleasant and comfortable experience. Whether it is your first visit or your 20th, everyone is welcoming and makes you their primary focus while you are there. I was in for a difficult tooth issue and couldn’t have received better care. Where do I start! Dr. Richard Crosby and his staff are amazing professionals who exceed anyones expectations. They provide top notch services from the moment you walk into the office. The transformation that I experienced from the moment I went in for a consultation to getting my smile transformed was nothing short of amazing. My teeth were in pretty bad shape from years of avoiding the dentist and only going in when it was necessary, my smile was nonexistent due to the embarrassment of showing my worn down teeth, not a pretty sight, I also suffered severe anxiety going to the dentist. Long story short, I can now smile with confidence and know that my teeth look amazing, totally changed my life and that’s a fact. I would highly recommend Dr. Crosby and his staff to anyone who may have experienced negative dental care in the past or need the confidence of a beautiful smile. My experience through the entire process was like no other, he is excellent at what he does and uses the latest technology. I will say, Dr. Crosby will restore teeth if all possible rather than removing, I had a tooth that was about as close as you can get to having to get it removed, Dr. Crosby was able to save the tooth and put a crown on it, how amazing is that! We live in Rural Alaska, which makes getting extensive dental treatment a bit of a challenge. Dr. Crosby, Eva, and the rest of their team have been very accommodating, keeping us informed about how many visits the dental plan would take, working with us to get the best travel schedule and appointment dates, and best of all, delivering a quality product. My husband's smile is more beautiful than the first day I met him.
