Wow I was blown away by Chang family dental. I’m not sure what I was expecting, just another run of the mill check in / up. Running me through as quickly as they can to make time for the next appointment. WRONG, everyone was SO friendly and it surprised me even. Dr Chang is as some other review said very Personable! Which is a fantastic trait! She knows her stuff and explains things very well. I think the real star that caused me to write this review was Autumn! As the first and last person you interact with at Chang family Dental she makes you feel welcome and is very pleasant. She also has a wonderful smile that makes you think alright Chang Family dental is practicing what they preach! Will totally bring my family here as long as Dr Chang is practicing!

I was so scared going in for my first appointment. I know my mouth is a mess and I was embarrassed to show it. But the staff from my first phone call to going in, filing out the paperwork to meeting the dentist, Dr. Chang was exceptional. The doctor put me st ease with her beautiful self. She sat by my side and showed me everything and answered all my questions. I'm fortunate to have the VA help me with dental care but blessed to have found these ladies and this dentist to help.me. I know now that I don't have to e scared or embarrassed and I am finally in the best hands in Fairbanks. And glad my purse was loved by all!!!😃
