Just to have a consultation I was billed over $300! Their revenue from the expensive surgery wasn't enough, so they gouge you at just getting the short consultation. Their office was also extremely slow in finding out if my insurance would cover the surgery - they didn't call me until a few days before the surgery date to let me know that my insurance wouldn't cover their recommended procedure. I had to cancel. My dentist tells me the surgery is necessary but information that Dr. Webster's office sent to the insurance company didn't justify the 'elective surgery'. I'd recommend going to another periodontist that is more friendly to the workingman and more on top of working with insurance providers.
