Fairbanks Family Dental Care

My experience today with Dr. Todd, Hunter and Tiff, literally changed the way I feel about Dentists! Admittedly I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years before today, but I left there today looking forward to my next visit. Awesome, Awesome! I cannot say enough about the team, their patience and dedication!

The dentist here are alright, but the office staff overshadow any good experience. Incompetence with billing insurance, and not transparent/unable to communicate charges/bills. FYI be prepared to get blindsided by a charge of some sort. They are pushy with scheduling appoints and then resort to bullying when you come in. Beware of this place, & watch your bills!

The staff was punctual for my 8:00 AM appointment. They were thorough and very attentive to my concerns.

There hasn’t been a word created to describe the level of care I have received. I have complex dental / trauma issues combined with severe dental phobia. They will go above and beyond to ensure you receive the best dental care possible. Period.

10/10 Gr8 service. Good at building connections with customers, to show that they really want the best for our teeth.

Staff is really friendly and energetic. They are very helpful working around schedules too!

As always, my routine visit went wonderfully. Everyone is always so sweet, caring and professional. They are personal and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. I’ve been to several dentists before but this office and all the staff are the best I’ve been to

I had an old crown break off. They had a cancellation so I got in within 45 minutes of the call! They were super nice, I got a thorough exam, and I’m getting the crown replaced in a timely manner. I am a new patient who had looked into switching dentists last summer. I am so glad I did! Their membership plan beats a lot of dental insurance plans I’ve had in the past. I’m getting the cost of the plan back in savings within the first month. I left there with a treatment plan and appointments scheduled.

I really enjoyed my visit! All of the staff was incredibly nice and supportive. They made it a very comfortable experience for me. I have been to a few dental offices in Fairbanks, and Fairbanks Family Dental Care is definitely my favorite.

Let me start by saying, I have never been a huge fan of the dentist. But I had a wonderful experience. I was encouraged to bring my 8.5 month old to get them accustomed to the atmosphere and the staff was so patient with us! Highly recommend. Especially for families.

Fantastic staff! Excellent service. Went in for an emergency tooth extraction while on vacation. They got us in the very next day. Dr Todd and Rachel were fantastic! Thanks so much!

The staff was amazing for both our 3 year old and our 12mo old! They made the experience fun and were flexible and understanding when they were a bit scared or unsure of things. So glad we picked this place!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in well over a year. The care I was given at Fairbanks Family Dental was beyond anything I could have expected. The office is beautiful & clean, the staff are amazing and extremely attentive, and I felt so welcomed and informed every step of the way. I’m so grateful to have found a dental group that genuinely cares about their patients health and well-being. I cannot wait for my next appointment!
