I have been a patient at SVDC for a few years. I have always been thoroughly impressed with my experience. The office is clean and modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Gomez (both of them!) always take the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and recommended treatments in a way that was easy to understand. By far THE BEST EVER! I hadso many issue at a previous dental office and Dr Gomez fixed it all. I was not able to chew on my left side for 3 years along with severe pain and as off AUG 2022 is when Dr Gomez started his magic and fixed everything. This is definitely my favorite dentist. I will travel to get dental work if he ever moves. Front staff is amazing and super nice. This office is like visiting family. Assistants are great as well. There has not been one issue with Sonoran Valley implant dental. I love and appreciate you all.

My husband was seen here. It took 3 half days missing work to finally get his cleaning done, due to them being too busy to clean his teeth the first time he went. They told us the price then later they charged us an extra 23.00. Then for his check up after his 3 appointments for 1 cleaning was done They threatened to also charge him 50.00 due to needing to reschedule. They wait to call you to remind you that you have an appt until 24 hours so they can charge you 50.00 to reschedule since you didn’t do within 48 hours. There is a dentist on every corner, I have a family of 4 and we are taking our business where we will be valued and where there is flexibility. I’m not sure how they stay in business with the office staff running it as they do.

They are friendly and do good work, BUT on more than one occasion If I've seen them charge people a fee for having to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of that appointment... However when they wanted to cancel my appointment at less than 24 hours they would not discount the service at all... Very unfair! Seems like a real low thing to do to people.. kinda feels like they don't practice what they preach.. whatever they dont care ... I'm going to take my money elsewhere.....

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to do it this time. I would rather get hit by a car than go to the dentist. I was a nervous wreck walking in today. I have had the worst experiences in the past. From the phone call making my appointment to the minute I walked out I can not say enough good things about this practice. They put me at ease with their compassion sweet friendly attitude and welcoming atmosphere. Dr Gomez and his staff are terrific. I am finally getting the proper care and am not being overcharged at the same time. I highly reccomend everyone who wants to be treated with respect care compassion and by a staff that has a true interest in your medical needs first not the all mighty dollar... this is the only place to go! I’ve never written one of these before, but these guys deserve it. During the craziness of this COVID-19 pandemic I broke a wisdom tooth. I was in a ton of pain so my husband called their office and they were able to see me within the hour. They took every precaution to make sure that me and the members of their office were safe and everything was sanitized. I expressed my fears of being at the dentist due to a past experience and they did everything to reassure me and make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Robert is the best! I drove 43 minutes just to see him. He is hands down the gentlest, most knowledgeable, patient, and caring dentist I have ever seen.
