Dr Blair is wonderful. I have a new dentist now because of the front office (FO) staff. A tooth broke end of September. Called for appt. (9/26/22). Couldn’t get one for two weeks. Agreed to that date. The day came (10/10/2022), I went for my 3:30 appt only to find out the doctor was sick. FO woman said they tried to notify me but failed. They canceled my appt not knowing if I was informed or not. Said I could make another, again 2 weeks (10/20/22) into the future meaning I lived with a broken for over a month. When I said that was unacceptable, the two FO gals laughed in my face as they looked at each other. As I stormed off, the older woman of the two said “I was free to go elsewhere.” I did go elsewhere. I’ve never encountered such, unapologetic and rude office people in my life. Sorry Dr Blair, I like you but your FO leaves a lot to be desired. I might add I was in no pain but if that filling or rest of tooth failed, I may have been. That gave me a great deal of anxiety. Joanne Owens of Cottonwood, AZ

Constant appointments being canceled (were up to 7 now since sept 2020) because Doctor is sick. Always last minute. My grandma paid $800 for a partial denture plate that doesn’t fit right. Going on 6 months with her bottom teeth unusable. The doctor and staff are very kind, however doesn’t do business efficiently.

God forbid there's an emergency and you don't make your appointment. They charged me $84 for a missed appointment. Don't waste your time with this place.

They lied to me about me being covered by humana for 50 to 80% of the work being done. After the work was done, they got the full amount from me which was $460.00 and said Humana would write me a check. They did not, i'm not covered. Now they want another $100.00 for an xray. I asked them why didn't you tell me i'm not covered, i already had a dentist who priced me half of what they charged me. 1 tooth pulled and 1 small filling. Old town dentistry charged $560.00, BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS

I don't see how anyone gives this practice more than 0 star ( I had to give one star because there is no option for zero star). Here is my reason I'm 68 years old and I dealt with quite a bit dentists in my life, this one tops all of them for taking advantage of people, I went there and asked if they take my insurance for treatment they said yes then I go to see if they would make me a new denture or fix the existing one, then he spent with me less than 10 min. in my way going out the front office charged me $60.00 for copay (never heard that before, but I guess they are Hungry) then few days later I receive a bill for $40.00 because the insurance didn't pay his fee of $100.00. When I talked to some woman there she said that's what it is. People find yourself a decent dentist not a hungry one.
