Do not trust this dental office! I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy come to this place! The dentist is unethical and performs unnecessary and expensive treatment just to collect the insurance payments. He is also committing insurance fraud and refuses to bill insurance for a lot of things that are covered!

I was in excruciating pain today and they fit me in with absolutely no notice. I am about the most anxious person when it comes to dentistry, and they eased many of my worries. Dr. Khari and his staff are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond to comfort me in my two visits and eases my anxiety for future dental work. If you need a dentist.. This is who you should see. THANK YOU!

I would like to give VIP Dentistry a 5 star rating. I am always nervous about going to the dentist, I've had bad experiences in the past. But I needed an exam in order to get my knee replacement surgery done. So I went to VIP on the advice of friends and family,plus they got me in quickly. Well,it was the best dental experience I have EVER had! The staff was great from the receptionist to the xray, exam,and cleaning.

Dr Kari is kind with a pleasant demeanor and so are all of his staff. I’ve always been a baby in regards to medical procedures or injections, but with Dr. Kari it was a walk in the park. His injections are accompanied with minimal discomfort making it completely doable, and he never skips a beat before you know it everything is over, very little to no pain whatsoever during the whole process. Simply put it’s obvious he’s really good at what he does. I had a series of extensive work done from multiple drilled teeth, fillings and three extracted wisdom teeth, I have to say that every step of the way was a total breeze my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. You will be pleasantly surprised when you find out how bearable getting dental work at VIP dentistry will be for you too, and I hope this review makes you feel a little more comfortable about coming in to make your mouth healthy , Cheers

Always too busy for me very bad experience will never ever go there again

If I could give negative stars I would. Dr. is professional and talented but the front office is a disaster. Cindy has quoted incorrect prices and on one occasion, insulted me. I was given incorrect information and then blamed for their mistake. They now refuse to refund almost $500 for an overpayment!! Please beware!!

In pain? Need help NOW? Call VIP!! The person I spoke with asked all the right questions and had me come in that same day. I was visiting from out of state and wasn't sure about my coverage, they took care of everything. The time stamp on my x-ray was the exact time they said they could see me and there was no back office wait. I am so afraid of the first shot I was almost in tears, but the Doc was finished before the tears could even start. He told me the shot would take about 5 minutes to work and he would be back to pull my tooth. As soon as my face was numb, my tooth was out. NO PAIN! Everyone, the offie staff and the dental assistants, were pleasant and helpful and empathetic to my pain.

Worst staff, no respect , no turns .When I called to ask if they sent my signed paper to release my information from my previous dentist after 2 weeks of signing it , I never got an answer and when I asked when and if it was ever sent ! Cindy answered me …. Maaam I think you should find another dentist . My friend did impressions and waited 2 months for her partials , after 2 months of wait they called her to go back and do the impressions because they lost it ….. I don’t know who get good service from them ?!?

The doctor turned this rough situation into a great experience and my replacement teeth fit perfectly now. I couldn’t be happier and advise all of you to make him your first choice! Bottom line I now give him five stars and am his biggest fan. All‘s well that ends well!

Clean Office and friendly staff members that work with you and understand your objectives. They help customize an effective and affordable plan for patients if necessary too. They want to help you and improve your smile, will listen and also educate as well! I am very impressed with VIP Modern Dentistry’s quality of care and work and hands down have to say Dr. Kari is one of the best Dentists I have been too. Thanks for all you do for us and for helping keep our smiles shining! Glad I visited your office in 2019 when I first moved up here! You won’t ever have a bad experience!

Had an appt. for 11am. At 11:40 was told I was next, then another person, who’s appointment was after mine, was called back. When asked when I would be seen was told there was a mistake and the other person was taken before me. They then said it should be soon. At that point I was already 50 minutes past my appointment time, so I left. I cannot speak to the dentist or hygienist, but the office staff seems to be incompetent and/or understaffed. Also would like to mention that while waiting we heard them speak clearly about all of our personal information, very clearly violating HIPAA regulations.

Dr Kari is very professional in his work and so is his staff. He has done a complete rebuild of my mouth with several bone grafts and implants. All I can say is GREAT JOB.

Dr. Kari is THE BEST. So are his staff. Super friendly, easygoing, welcoming, accommodating. Dental work is never fun but Dr. Kari makes it the most pleasant experience possible. Always does stellar work. The girls at the front are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here!

Everyone in the office is amazing! Dr Eftekhari is the best dentist I've ever seen, so kind and gentle. My family and myself will only be using this office for our dental needs

DO NOT USE VIP Denistry!!! My girlfriend decided to have some major dental work done with these clowns. From the start we should have turned and run. She has gone to 6 different appointments that she drove 1 hour one way. Only to find out that her teeth were not ready. The office couldn’t even take a second to make a call. On the day of her surgery, they pulled 6 teeth and after telling her they would prescribe some strong pain meds. They gave her Ibuprofen! She was in pain for 2 weeks and her mouth got infected. What a joke this place is. This all started in May of 2021. It’s almost November and she still doesn’t have her bottom teeth completed and her top teeth don’t fit and hurt her mouth. If you want your dental work to take 7 months and get lied to almost every appointment…. Then his is your dentist.

BEWARE..............FIRST OFF THE 4.3 STAR RATING CAN NOT BE REAL... I was quoted what I thought was a fair price for the dental work that I needed. They offered a discount if I paid cash. So I paid almost half up front then paid off the balance over the next couple months. NOW that was May 2021, its October 22nd and I still don't have my bottom teeth. This place is a joke. The staff is afraid to say anything because the Doctor will fire them. The Doctor is nothing more than a used car salesman.

Wouldn’t recommend . I once liked this office until he treated his workers bad and fires them for no good reason . Very small office as well.
