Artistry in Dentistry

If I could give Artistry in Dentistry more than 5 stars I would! I went there for a consultation based on the many great reviews this practice received and they were absolutely right! Every single person I met from the receptionist to Dr. Sullivan was warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I was given a tour of the beautiful office, an explanation of what each room was used for, and informed of some of the other amenities they offer, such as a warm neck pillow, essential oils and hands waxing! I had a type panoramic x-ray taken and many different types of pictures taken of my teeth by a very kind and knowledgeable tech. These were then shown to me by another wonderful assistant who took a lot of time explaining them and answering my many questions. Dr. Sullivan was very friendly, listened and understood my concerns, and gave me several options to consider. Every person I interacted with, (wish I could remember all their names) were absolutely the best I have ever encountered in any medical or dental office. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan and his wonderful staff - so happy I found them!

Dr. Sullivan knows what he’s doing and him and his staff are running a very tight ship. I had a small front tooth chip and Dr Sullivan fixed it and made my front teeth look better than before the small chip!! Him and his staff go above and beyond.

The entire staff was so kind and friendly. Dr. Sullivan was also very understanding and took his time explaining different treatment options with me. I highly recommend this practice they are professional and supportive. Thank you all.

Where to begin!? This was hands down, the best dentist office I have ever been to. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the sound of the beautiful wall waterfall and just an over all "home" feeling. Every staff member was an amazing interaction. The Receptionist floored me by actually knowing who I was as soon as I walked through the door. (online forms night before had image of my ID) BUT the fact that she took the time to go through it and learn my face and didn't treat me like another number on file. That in itself was an amazing first impression. The tech that did all my x-rays and pics was very knowledgeable, but more important was confident in her knowledge. Honestly that could be said about all the staff that I interacted with. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

My hygienist is awesome! Always professional but very friendly and personable. Staff is always super friendly and cheerful. And with the paraffin on your hands and the warmed neckroll . . makes you feel happy to be there.

Avoid this place if you are working through your phobia of the dentist. It’s a scam. This is the place I took my partner who needs major dental work. The exam was ok and they took their time explaining this, which is 100% from the hygienist. Things that I didn’t like: huge paintings of dental themed artwork. That isn’t gphobia. The other huge problem I have with this place is that part of a phobia is that all of someone’s teeth will need to be removed or the cost. After the exam they told my boyfriend had to get dental implants, top and bottom for 60k. I asked for an alternate dental plan such as the completing the top or bottom at one time or trying to save teeth. They never contacted us back until today which prompted by negative review. Zero communication since October 18th. Another dentist is helping to save the teeth and not one implant or removal is in the plan. It’s more like 3k of work so this is why I’m so angry. I haven’t even heard back from the sleep apnea company that he was referred to.

Best dental experience - excellent care, friendly and attentive staff and extra attention to making a dental appointment something you don't dread.

The young lady that does my quarterly check up and cleaning is a real rock star. She thoroughly explains everything she is going to do and discusses with me everything she sees. Easy to follow along. And, she is very tender when poking around the gums which I really appreciate. I’m a real wuss when it comes to pain.

I had 4 minor cavities repaired. An eccellent job was done as well as some preventive suggestions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan's for 14 years.I am very satisfied with the high quality of their professional service. The whole team is very friendly and competent. They do their best to make you comfortable with whatever the procedure might be. Dr Sullivan is very passionate about his work. He takes great pride in seeing that you feel good about your smile. They redefine the expectation and experience for dentistry (I've never experienced this level of detail and treatment at a dentist). Core services were elevated with professional staff that educates, newer technology/equipment and attention to detail that goes beyond just the teeth. To take it further, they make your experience comfortable during the visit with optional aromatherapy, warm neck roll and a hand wax. I believe they specialize in restorative and cosmetic work but I went in as a new patient with just the need for routine cleaning and left impressed.

Amazingly attentive staff from the moment I walked into the door. Great attention to detail throughout and the most fantastic smiles! 😉

9/29/2022 I need to update my review. I've been having some strong sensitivity on my upper right side due to gum recession and it had been really bothering me over the weekend. The office is going to be closed for vacation for a week, but they still squeezed me in on Monday. And then 2 days later, out of nowhere, a crown on my upper left side falls off due to my bad habit of teeth-grinding which apparently is really hard on crowns. I looked at the clock and it's 4:18pm. Uh-oh! I called the office and there was no answer, so I just left a message asking for a referral to another dentist. Within 15 minutes Brittany called and told me that there had been another emergency and she was still in the office, but Dr. Sullivan had just left. But she told me if I came over right away she'd call him back and they could take a look at it for me. I was already having a bad day and this was the last thing I needed. Looking at the crown in my hand I'm thinking the worst, and it turned out that it just needed to be glued back on which is actually an involved process. What a blessing Dr. Sullivan and Brittany were to me today. To come back to the office - after everybody else had left - when they needed to pack for their vacation - was above and beyond what most other doctors would have done. What a gift! Thank you so very much!! A few months earlier... I needed a crown redone and another crown built up to reduce a gap to prevent food from getting caught. I had put it off as long as I could and I was REALLY anxious when I came in. I've had some bad experiences in healthcare and dentistry before, but Dr. Sullivan and his staff are very patient and concerned with my comfort, and they understand people have anxiety about dentists and don't make you feel bad about it. Emma was such a sweetheart and explained things as they progressed so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was okay every step of the process. I've been going to Dr. Sullivan for years and he really is an artist in den
