89A Dental Care

Once again, the pros at 89A have been outstanding! I needed a crown and they got me in, got it done and have been super caring and concerned. I have had teeth pulled, cleanings, a crown and now dentures. In the 10 years I have been going to 89A Dental, I have had the best experience. They are straight forward, really work hard to have the perfect plan in place and they always do it with kindness and a smile. This is my dentist for life! As I adjust to dentures, if I have a problem, I call or text and I'm seen right away.i recommend Dr. Howden, Dr. Steele Dr. Timqanaro and Dr. Bennion for any dental needs. I

Just had my first appointment with 89A Dental. I can’t say enough about everyone in the office. So helpful and friendly. I had DR. Eduardo do a tooth extraction and bridge. I didn’t even know when they extracted the tooth. The whole procedure was totally painless. They make sure you are not feeling any pain and take their time when needed. Each person I spoke with explained everything in detail. Everyone there is so good at what they do.

Dr. Bennion and the entire team are the best. Everyone is kind, pleasant, patient and proficient.

Dr T is a sweet Dr and very willing to show you what needs to be done and why. The young assistant staff is so kind and willing to help and the hygienist Heidi is so gentle and personable. Would recommend this office to everyone !!!

Dr. TIMPANARO Was so thorough more than I’ve ever had any dentist do. He also gave me a full check up on all my teeth and what needed to be done and I’ve never had that done either. Gave me options. It was so nice and kind.. I am so happy with my visit.

I am a senior, who after a lifetime of uneven teeth and jaw problems, am about to realize my dream of having beautiful teeth. I was referred to Dr. Bennion over 2 years ago. I was told he not only had excellent dental skills, but he had a calm and reassuring demeanor. I have found that to be true. After going through 2 years at an orthodontics facility, I am now at the point of realizing my dream of having an attractive smile. I have had the pleasure of interacting with several of the 89A Dental office staff. All employees from reception to administration and to dental assistants have been so kind and accommodating. Friendly and professional staff from the receptionist to the dentist. My wife and I have had a few appointments at 89A Dental Care and have had nothing but great experiences every time. The cleanings are very gentle and 10/10 would recommend!

I am so grateful for the care I am receiving at 89A. My hygienist has helped me understand what is necessary to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I feel like my mouth is in the best hands while I’m receiving my care. I like the entire staff, the goodie bag is great too!😃

I left my last dentist because the hygienist was rude and very rough. I've been going to Dr. Bennion for a few yrs now and love my hygienists, Tierney, (who has since left) and now Katie. They are gentle and explain what they are doing. Dr. Bennion doesn't pressure me into anything until I'm ready. I am so glad I found 89A Dental.

Update: I still give this business 5 stars for their outstanding customer service but need to correct a statement I made. They do have what they call, Bumper 2 Bumper for those without insurance. If you are on a fixed income as a senior this may not work for you. It didn't work for me. I am 72 and have been to many dentist offices in my time here on earth. 89A is the first one I want to give an A+ rating to. From the front office staff Samantha and the young lady who all though she was on the phone acknowledged me when I came in, to the hygenist Kristi and the dentist, Dr. Timpanaro. The atmosphere in the office was very pleasant and all work together as a team thinking of you the patient and what they can do for you. They have a great in office discount called the bump 2 bump that is very helpful to a senior who is on a limited income.

Fantastic staff, great dentists just saw Dr. Timpanaro excellent manner and treatment.

Best dental in Prescott Valley and Prescott in my opinion. Been a patient since they opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Every one is so professional and personable.

I have had many dentist appointments in my life but 89A Dental is by far the best office I have been to. Dr. Steele and her hygienists and assistants are fantastic. I have never had a permanent crown put in the same day and this one was painless and feels excellent. I cannot recommend this office with any higher score. Everyone that I have met there is exceptional from the front office, billing, to the hygienists and dentists. I am so grateful for the recommendation to go to 89A Dental. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist.

I scheduled because I lost my crown and they got me in the next day! Other than than the quick appointment, the staff made the difference. From front office to back office they were all amazing! All very courteous, polite, friendly and they really cared for my comfort. I got great service, the crown made, and put in all in the same day! I have found the dental office I will use from now on! They DO NOT handle dental emergencies. A dental emergency means your in pain and in need of URGENT care. You cant wait two days for an appointment. Why be in a profession where the main service is to take care of people in distress if ypur just going to turn them away?

Needed a crown. Was going to be $1500, but if I bought the "Bumper to bumper" plan for $300 I could get $250 dollars off the crown and 2 "free teeth cleaning" in the next year. (Cleaning is about $120.) Got the plan, went for first cleaning, and they wouldn't do it unless I paid $145 for one wisdom tooth "deep cleaning "..Then I got a future needed work cost estimate for $3100. (This is rough short story)

Dr. Bennion is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He and his assistant Gayle made me feel very comfortable while getting my dental work done. My hygienist Tierney is the absolute best and very gentle. I would highly recommend this office.

I made an appointment with them to look at a tooth that had broken. They got me in fairly quickly to see what was going on.This was my first appt. there. I saw Dr.Steele, she was very kind & professional. She told me it would need a crown. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days to have that done. I went in for my appointment, and Dr. Steele explained the procedure to me. Now with the newer technology, they are able to do the procedure in one day. No temporary crowns! They scan the tooth and area around it. They have the machine that makes the crown, right there in the office. It is "fired" in their mini kiln, they come in and fit it before cementing it. They do the "finishing" on it & home you go. This is probably the best dental appointment I have ever had. Everyone there is very friendly, professional & caring. I was very impressed. I highly recommend 89A Dental.

I have to recommend 89A Dental Care. From the moment I called and spoke with Ricki. My appointment was scheduled and I was assisted by Daniella and Karen. Doctor Bennion evaluated my concerns. He was excellent!!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional!! The customer assistance along with care and concerns have made me a loyal 89A Dental Care person. Thanks so much for making a trip to the dentist a little more comfortable!!
