Hi, this is Janet McGeary, not Dan, I have to say that after having the same dentist for 30 year (he retired), it was unsettling to try out a new one. What I found out about Dr. Reeds office is that it is not just the Dentist that counts! The first impression when going in is....great customer service by Shannon. In this day and age, it's very comforting to be greeted by name with such a friendly disposition. I usually get very nervous when going in, however, Denise, who cleaned my teeth and Megan who installed a crown made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They know their jobs and they do them well. They were prompt and efficient. I have been going here for several years and the only reason I would consider going elsewhere is if I moved away. Had to go in and get my denture adjustment. For being the first time and especially with staff changes, the staff which are wonderful people were the key to coming back. Its the people in the profession of dentistry that makes it great, and Horizon Dental Group is just that, it's GRRREAT! Denise, the dental hygienist is great, and Vee, the dentist assistant is terrific with all the new tech machines and computers,and the dentist Dr. Reeder is very kind and gentle with our mouths and talking to us, to ease our anixety down. Kelly and Shaniaigans were the best to welcome the patients and give them a laugh or two with bright smiles. BT All in all everyone is so very friendly and likeable. :)
