Very smart doctors but very very expensive. Not too sure how people afford going to a doctor and still afford to live.

They are really working with my father in law to make sure his dentures fit properly. Very caring and concerned staff and dentists. He is 86 and difficult, and these guys are great! Squeezed us in today and so appreciate it.

Very disappointed!! Had my last 8 teeth on top pulled, one if which was infected. Other than waiting for over an hour while in the chair, and after numbing my mouth 3 different times, all was well.. While my mouth was still numb they put in a temporary denture I waited for the 24hrs and removed the temporary denture due to the fact it was so painful..I have tried to get in to hopefully get some sort of adjustment but am told there is no availability until later in the month. You are charging me $4000 for this service and I should not have to live with the pain. The dental assistant asked Dr if she wanted to schedule a post op appt. She was told no. And I was not given any antibiotics for the infected tooth. Still in pain 9 days later!!!

The office is not operating as smoothly as before. Operations gave changed and they seem to be short staffed. No one at the front desk, phones ringing go unanswered.

I am new to the area and this was my first time experience with Aspen Dental so I was a bit nervous. All for naught. Everyone I met with, from Becca the receptionist to Jess the X-ray specialist, to Ashley the hygienist to Leslie the bookkeeper and scheduler to “Dr. O” the dentist were all delightful and very welcoming. It was kind of like coming home. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their area of expertise, explained what they were doing in language I could understand, and seemed to genuinely like their work. They almost made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, and especially for someone new to the area.

Aspen dental gave a referral for my daughter and a cleaning. Great service and my husband decided to use them to get dental implants because they were very honest and understanding of our dental needs.
