They were respectful of my time, and I was taken right in at my appointment time. I had a fractured filling replaced by Dr Hemley and I think, Jasmine. They both made the experience pleasant and with as little discomfort as possible. Jasmine was great at explaining things she was doing before and after the procedure. When Dr found out my interest is horses, he and his assistant talked about horses while doing my procedure. It was interesting listening to their conversation and made the time go by quickly. My new filling was contoured well and is functioning as it should. I highly recommend Bradshaw Family Dental.

Prescott Office in October: Dr. Haage, who got me successfully through a lot of dental trauma, was gone. The new guy felt my dentures, took them out, called, "Can we get somebody to clean these implants? No? Ok. They look all right." Five minutes in the chair. I don't know if it was adequate care because implant dentures are new to me. Last year I would have given them 5 stars. Now 2.

The dental work here is great and so is the staff. I have come here multiple times now and will come back to get important work done. However there is a caveat and a reason I cannot give 5 stars. My complaint is time management. My most recent appointment I arrived at 2:25 for an appointment at 2:30. I was in a room about 30 minutes later. That's fine and I was okay with this if not mildly annoyed however, I was then left by myself after sitting in that room for 25 minutes after I spoke to an assistant briefly who told me the Dr would be in shortly. I get that there are delays in any medical field, but 55 minutes with near 0 communication is just not acceptable and is something you guys should work on in the future. That being said, if my appointment was more important I likely would have stayed as I said previously, the dental work and the people that work here are amazing and despite my poor outing, I would recommend them. Just make sure you clear your calendar.
