All the staff and Prescott Valley Dental Group were very professional. It was my first visit with them. They are very thorough and I was very pleased that my Medicare supplement covered the X-rays and cleaning!

Very professional and competent. They explained everything they did. My treatment plan was clear and concise. I hate going to the dentist but I never minded going here! Thanks TEAM!

First time visiting got my full exam done. Check in was fast modern and efficient. Their lead brought me back really ensured his X-rays captured everything for Dr. Downing. I even got my clean same day! Would recommend to anyone look for a thorough dental team. 🦷

After living in 14 cities and 16 dentists, Doctors Downing was the first dentist who had checked my entire mouth, not just the problem I had come in for. We agreed on a plan and proceeded with. My mouth is in a much better than it has ever been before. Dr Downing is such a pleasant person to have working on you.

Alyssa and Dr. Bakir took FABULOUS care of me! As a patient I could tell the culture is great and everyone is honest and upfront. I had a horrible experience at a previous dentist and was unaware of charges. But this place was very educational on what the imaging and numbers meant! As well as up front about copays, charges, and extra add on costs. It was actually kind of fun hanging out with the friendly staff :) Thanks Prescott Valley Dental!! Highly recommend!!

Both my husband and I started going to this Dentist and love it. Dr. Downing and her wonderful Dental Assistant are awesome! Very friendly and really concerned about your comfort. I highly recommend this Dentist

Positively horrible experience here. Do NOT go. Dentist was incredibly rude and condescending! I was explaining I was frustrated and confused. I didn’t understand. He said I am frustrated, too. Are we continuing service or not? He was so pompous and arrogant. Go anywhere but here. The rest of the staff was very good!

I am very impressed with this dental office in general. They are professional and have the latest equipment and dental techniques. Staff is very friendly. I am giving a special shout out to Dr Omar and this assistant Desert. I had badly chipped front teeth and Dr. Omar with the help of Deserey restored them beautifully. I was a little nervous since they were my front teeth, but was amazed when I looked in the mirror. I highly recommend the practice and Dr Omar Bakir specifically!!

I spend 20 minutes on the phone giving my insurance to intake. A week later I have to call back because I haven't received a scheduling call, and the receptionist tells me they don't accept my insurance and their third party call center doesn't have the best information. I had been told there were two dentists that accept my insurance and received an email from smiles and made an account. Is the call center paid per smiles account?! No one bothered to call me and let me know their mistake. My name wasn't even in the computer system. Receptionist told me she would "let the call center know." I don't think the center cares and it makes your business look bad, not them. Huge waste of time. Edit in response to reply. No. I can't use your services. It's pretty clear my issue, I'm not going to help you with it more than that. Cool bot though.

I told him my situation before I was seen by them they told me in the beginning that they can accommodate me They saw me did an initial exam and then refused me back two fix the problem will not give reason why I am handicapped in a wheelchair so I have no choice to assume that they don't want to tell me because it has to do with the fact that I am either handicapped or the fact that I am poor so I guess I will have to pursue a lawyer and possibly lawsuit

FIVE STAR SERVICE - Dr Line and his staff are very professional and helped me take care of my dental concerns! I truly recommend using this dental office! Great experience!

I like how friendly the people are who work there. I really like Dr.Downing—she does the cleanings fast and she is an expert at her job.

I give the staff, girls at front desk 5 stars, however the entire experience 2 stars. We waited 45 min past our appointment time before being called back. Very clean office. Quite surprised at the cost of our procedures, seemed like charge was padded to insurance so in the end we had to absorb the difference. Two patients left prior to being called due to over 1 hour wait.
