On 10/28/22 I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Tran and I was very impressed and happy with my experience at Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry. My appointment fell the week prior to Halloween and the office was decorated and staff were dressed up in costumes which made the place feel fun and inviting. I received a very thorough work-up of my dental care and every step of the way my dental hygienist did a great job of explaining what they were doing and what it meant. I felt very well cared for and was able to understand areas where I could improve my dental care. Dr. Tran was very nice and knowledgeable. I did not feel intimidated during my appointment and while an array of services were offered, I did not feel pressured into saying "yes" to any of the treatments which is very important as I have not always had that experience at other dental practices. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry! I will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

First appointment on 10/28/2022 and had a wonderful experience. They are very thorough on taking images of my teeth and then made it a point to explain in detail what is going on in nonmedical jargon. The entire office dressed up for Halloween which made it a fun experience. Dr. Tran was down to earth and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back!

I have had the best dental experiences since switching dentists to this practice. I have been seen by both Dr. Vizcarra and Dr. Tran and felt like I was in good hands. I feel they have been the most thorough in terms of exams (never had a dentist assess me for sleep apnea) and they have the most personable and comforting staff I have experienced. Plus there's a great view of the mountains and TVs on the ceiling to distract you during your visit.

Switched from my long time dentist (15+ years) in Scottsdale as they were not getting ALL the staff vaccinated against Covid19 when dentists and staff were "at the front of the line" when vaccines became available. My prior dentist and staff felt "it was their personal choice" to get vaccinated to protect their patients. No it is not, it is my choice to be safe and protected, so it was time to find a new dentist. After interviewing multiple alternative dentists, I found NO vaccine issues with Pinnacle Peak Family Dentistry (PPFD), ALL their staff was vaccinated and proactively so. So switched to PPFD because of their proactive vaccine efforts AND these dentists are smart. All went to the best dental schools in the USA. They are thorough. They have all the latest technology and a beautiful office. Appear to take all insurance plans. Appointments always run on time. Phone is always answered quickly when I call and they return calls promptly when they need to call back. I have have had to be referred out for specific dental sub-specialty needs, and those sub-specialists speak highly of the dental work of PPFD. Would recommend without reservation.
