I had the good fortune of finding Dr Daniels while I was in Sedona. His 5 star reviews caught my eye. Time in the lovely waiting room was minimal but while there I checked out some retro items like a manual typewriter and a dial telephone! He and his team take time to explain not only what they are doing but why they are doing it. Dr Daniels has state of the art equipment and is committed to doing the best job possible. He spent extra time working on my problem tooth until he was satisfied. He is respectful with his staff and it's clear they have a good working relationship. During my first visit with the hygienist, Julia, she had me explain my current dental care routine and show her how I brushed/flossed. She made corrections and then asked if I had any questions. I was there for about an hour and left with a new commitment to keeping my teeth healthy. I even booked my next 6 month cleaning appointment!

I unfortunately had to have an emergency visit to the dentist and did not have primary dentist of my own they were so quick to make sure I got taken care of. I stumbled across this place by searching Google and I am glad I did. One of my greatest fears is dentists the sounds, smells and experiences from past place have scared me. Dr. Marsh and his staff changed that for me. I was nervous when I walked in and the hospitality and understanding that him and his staff expressed put my nerves at ease. It’s one of the few times I have gone to a dentist that I didn’t feel like I was being judged for what my mouth looked like instead they made me feel comfortable and were willing to Listen to me and address issues with quick actions I applaud him and his staff and I think I found a primary dentist now.

First, I want to say that my experiences with Dr. Daniels himself and his staff have all been great. But, he sold his practice this past year, and failed to notify his patients. Although he is retired and not in the office any more, his name is still on the office, on Google, and on the answering machine messages. I thought I was seeing Dr. Daniels when I had an appointment last November, but no. I saw the receptionist who didn’t mention the changes, the hygienist who didn’t mention the changes and a young man in scrubs who I can only assume was the new dentist, even though he never introduced himself. Very disappointed I. The new regime.

Dr. Marsh is an excellent dentist!!!! I was just visiting Sadonia for a few days, seeing the sights. I found myself needing a dentist late on Friday night. I called "My Family Dentist." Left a message, that I was in pain, said I thought I had an abscess tooth, and needed help. Within minutes, Dr. Marsh text me, asked what was going on. He said he would see me the next day, on a SATURDAY. He gave me advice as to what to do to help ease the discomfort till morning.on SATURDAY, He was easy to talk to. I did have a very bad abscess. He explained what he thought he should do, and in my best interest. He extracted the tooth, PAINELESSLY!!! He explained that as bad as the abscess was, I should see an oral surgeon. Dr. Marsh on SATURDAY,even contacted an oral surgeon in Presscott, told him of my situation, and arranged for me to be seen on Monday morning. The oral surgeon said, " Dr. Marsh did such an excellent job draining the abscess, no oral surgery was needed".....Dr. Marsh puts his patients care above and beyond. Sadonia is very lucky to him!!!!!

I am so happy that I found Dr. Daniels and Dr Marsh. The incident I experienced with my dogs tripping me up was very traumatizeing. I was so appreciative that I was able to get in to see him as this was an emergency. Falling on my face was really bad and the damage to my face was extensive. When Dr Marsh came on the scene I just felt so comfortable. I felt like I was seeing caring family from the get go. I know it was divine guidance that led me to this dental practice. They really took excellent care of me and I now have a dentist that I can count on no matter what. PS: Dr Marsh has a great sense of humor and compassion. He and the staff are truly Top Shelf.
