Always great attention to detail in explanations! Very responsive to 'emergent' occurrences as well.

Today I went to Village dentistry for an exam and cleaning. Dr. Upton is honestly the best dentist I have ever seen. He was welcoming, nice, explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable, and was incredibly thorough. I have never had a dentist or hygienist as thorough as the staff here. They cared about so many aspects of my teeth and smile that I have never even had looked at by any dentist before. Dr. Upton went over all of my x-rays and images in detail, showing me areas of concern and why they needed fixing. Whitney, my hygienist, gave me a ton of helpful information and explained things I never knew before. Everyone, including Amanda as well, were professional and provided great care. Additionally, the office is very nice and welcoming. It was a great experience overall and I would certainly continue coming here if I weren't moving out of the area.

First off, I have NEVER enjoyed the thought of a dentist office visit . . . BUT, in my life of over 64 years, I must admit visiting Dr. Upton was not only my most enjoyable dental visit, but a real learning opportunity as well. Dr. Upton (Village Dentistry with offices in both Sedona and Phoenix) was both a pleasure and a wonderful experience for my wife and I. I have had a number of dental issues requiring a few crowns over the years, but never was given the educational experience of why or what the differences were between the various materials, longevity, or history of corrective actions. Dr. Upton was more like a friend than a dentist! His skill was never about making money, but rather, fulfilling and correcting your dental issues - keeping financial alternatives in mind for the best solutions. I also want to applaud EVERY member of his A-Team (all their names started with A!). Each and every member of his staff were attentive to every patient and their individual situations. They were far beyond helpful in accommodating scheduling issues and complications, and were very informative with every procedure. I cannot recommend Village Dentistry enough - Dr. Upton and his team FAR EXCEED any dentistry practice I have ever visited! PS: We visited both of his offices and though his Phoenix office has a couple of newer tools, both were immaculate and professional.

We were on vacation when our daughter needed a dentist. They were so wonderful, got us in quick and took THE BEST care of her. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend. If we lived here they would be our dentist.

Village Denistry has been the best dentistry experience my husband and I have ever had. Dr. Upton and each of his staff provide superb dental service, outstanding professionalism and stellar service to each patient. I cannot say enough about what a positive and excellent experience it’s been for me and my husband as we both have had quite a bit of dental work done here. Dr. Upton and his staff are in a league of their own and we feel very lucky to have found them!

I had my teeth cleaned by Whitney for the first time and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have gone to Village Dentistry for 27 years and I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable; Dr Upton frequently attends /studies current dentistry seminars/advancements. Also very friendly, personable and comfortable!

On Dec. 9. 2020, and after an oral exam by the dentist, Dr. Upton, and while my teeth were being cleaned, the he came in without a mask, leaned over me, and talked directly into my face for about a minute. He did this twice. I was not masked. This was done during the surge of the Covid 19 pandemic in northern Arizona. He is very careless and does not care about his patients. The hygienist did not say anything. Everyone else in his office was masked. He violated CDC and ADA regulations twice. I am 66 yrs old and lost many nights of sleep over this.

PROFICIENCY, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. BEST I HAVE BEEN TO. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Dr. Upton is a knowledgeable dentist who always has his patients’ best interests at heart. His staff is great too, very friendly!

Very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I've never been to a dentist like this before. I was extremely impressed by Dr Upton. He showed me what a dental visit should be.

Hygienist was wonderful. One of the best cleaning I have ever had. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Upton. He gave me a thorough exam and made me feel at ease. Great experience.

Very professional. Saw me on time. Very thorough. My only issue would be that I have to return to get their "game plan". They did suggest some things at the appointment, but no prices, time frames, etc. A second appointment to learn that info is painful.

Dr. Upton and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and ensure the quality of service and care are top notch. Amanda is an exceptional hygienist along with being very kind and caring! I recommend Village Dentistry.
