Gentle Care Dentistry & Implants

Doctor Hales and his staff are total professionals. No complaints about their work. However, I had impressions taken for dentures 2 months ago that were sent to their lab to be made and I'm still waiting. I would suggest using a different dentist and lab to have dentures made. This is totally unacceptable. - Another 2 weeks have pasted and still no word from the dentist office or the lab. - Another week has gone by.

Update, 11/08/2022: This practice is still the only one I will go to. They live up to the name Gental Care, yet I find the staff more thorough than any others I've tried. Original: This Dentistry service I have found to be the best for me - by far. Treatments are individualized thoughtfully, then carefully tweaked to get better and better!

Gave incorrect advice to get two root canals and two crowns 8 months ago. I had toothache for a few weeks. Went to another dentist who told me I was clinching my teeth to often. Wore a mouth gard to bed for several months. No more toothache.

Went to them for an initial because I never heard from my previous dentist in over a year. They prescribed a treatment plan and have heard from them once since and its been 6 months. I have called 3 times and only got one call back.

I have never felt so overwhelmed by staff. But in a GOOD way. I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and kind both Dr. And staff were. Thank you 😊

They are so patient with an ornery character like me. I love my Dentist. But especially love his staff.

Love going to see this team for all my dental needs. They really are gentle, compassionate. And when I freak out (more often then I care to admit) they give me time to recompose. Let's face it, going to the dentist is not the thing one is looking forward to; however, this team makes the experience not suck :-)

professional and efficient staff

I’ve been going to Dr. Hales since 2011. He has always done amazing dental work for me, and let me tell you…I have had a lot done, from root canals, implants, you name it I’ve got it. All procedures were done without complications, and if I ever had a worry his staff was always on hand to assist. They have no issue in referring to someone else if needed. His dental advice has saved me from spending more in the long run as well.Highly recommend.

Dr Hales office has always, since the beginning treated me with the most excellent care and attention. Often going out of their way to help facilitate ones treatment.

Incredibly congenial staff. Genuinely friendly and efficient. Very clear explanation of teeth issues. The only improvement I could suggest is that the Texas Roadhouse gift card given to me at the end of the first appointment could be increased to $50!! Just teasing. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Can’t recommend this practice enough! I have anxiety about visiting the dentist due to past experiences, but every time I see Dr. Hales is a wonderfully positive experience! My anxiety has decreased significantly since having him as my doctor and I would recommend him for everyone.

Excellent in every regard

I have been afraid for years to see the dentist. Well, it turns out that I started to become more afraid of having problems with my teeth, than I was to see the dentist. So I asked a friend what dentist she trusted. She recommended Dr. Hales and I'm so so glad she did. He did amaizing work and put two beautiful crowns in. I will never fear coming to see Dr. Hales. I loves the Hygienist Cindy she is so caring and gentle, Grace his assistant was wonderful, and sweet! Cynthia the office manager was simply a blessing!! I would give more stars if I could.

I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to dental appointments-I cry before I am even seen by the dentist! The staff here is AMAZING and help me feel calm and less like a crazy person! Cyndi is awesome and does great work cleaning teeth. She talks me through exactly what she is doing and that helps so much! Dr. Hales and his staff are very kind and courteous, and are very thorough. They do what is needed in a timely manner while also addressing all of my questions. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Hales and his team!!

I recently returned to Sierra Vista after being gone for 4 years. Dr. Hales had done extensive dental work for me before my move to include implants. The name Gentle Dentistry is most appropriate. From injection for numbing to implants...discomfort minimal. No need for even Tylenol after a procedure. His calm and reassuring demeanor make all appointments comfortable. Sense of humor and friendliness of him and his staff make ‘going to the dentist’ a pleasant experience. And staff remembers you! After four years away, they remembered me. You aren’t just a number...you are a person! I highly recommend Dr. Hales. He and his staff will put you at ease and they will remember your name. I was so grateful to learn he is still here when I returned to Sierra Vista.
