Horrific. Dr key and Dr Angel should have their licenses revoked. Mary and Tammie, administrative staff should be fired. You will be left with more dental problems, then what you came in with. Don't be fooled by the art on the walls and phone office ambience. They will hound you seeto pay your bill, even if it's been already paid, and treat you like a dog. Find another dentist asap!

Nice staff, they always keep you informed about what's going on, and they do their best to make you comfortable! I hate dealing with dentist, but this place has been great!

Dr. Keys is truly an artistic genius. The precision and care he demonstrates is like watching a famous artist craft it’s next masterpiece. He has all the latest technologies that guarantees. comfort and care for an ultimate experience you will never forgot. I LOVE my new crowns and how they enhance my smile . Whatever your dental needs you will not find a dentist like this one, he’s a treasure to healthcare profession and an asset to the community.

I have had extensive work done at various times since 1982 and the staff at Artistic Dentistry are very professional,compassionate and put their patients at ease.The staff are eager to have you leave with a good experience.

I just started with Artistic Dentistry this summer and have been satisfied. I just want to comment on two of the negative reviews. My wife also went to Dr Wheeler for many years. When he retired and she continued with Dr. Martin, she found she needed major work. Dr Wheeler had left major problems in her mouth that he hadn't addressed as they got worse over the years. (I was shocked at the x-rays.) They were very expensive to fix but now my wife doesn't have tooth problems anymore. She is very pleased about it. Based on her present care, I have switched to Artistic Dentistry.

This practice leaves very much to be desired. I had been a patient of Dr. Wheeler's for over 10 years. During my last visit, I was handed a treatment plan the estimated cost for which was between $7,500 to $8,000. I told the receptionist that I wanted to review the plan before signing it. Two days later, Artistic Dentistry sent me a letter advising that my services were being terminated because I failed to agree to the terms of the very costly treatment plan. I asked for my records. I never received them. Medical records are the property of the patient.There were unprofessional practices even before then. Upon arrival you are seated in a room. Shortly afterward a staff member assesses your needs. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. On at least two occasions, my appointment was at 3:00 and I didn't get done until 6:00. Double-booking? Neither of these appointments involved oral surgery just fixing crowns. Before Dr. Wheeler retired, the receptionists maintained a measure of professional decorum. In my most recent experience that seems no longer the case . I rated the practice with a score of 1. Artistic Dentistry deserves far less than that. Perhaps you should consider another dental practice. There seems to be one on every block.

Donelle does a great job helping me take care of my teeth. Every time I get I check up they have improved. They are the best they've been in 10 years.

Love the staff, always friendly and wiiiling to help in any way they can. The Dr was nice answered all my questions and and put me at ease with knowing exactly what was going on. Listened to my concerns and addressed them.

Attentive, kind, descriptive and careful

My entire family is seen by Artistic Dentistry, and we couldn't ask for a better staff. Whether it's a cleaning or fitting of a crown, your sure to receive superior treatment!!

Had regular appointment with hygienist today as did my wife. As always we got the royal treatment and excellent service. It’s a bit of a drive for us but well worth it. Since Dr. Wheeler retired there have been a couple of new dentists come on board. I’ve only seen Dr. Martin and he did a filling for me in a very difficult spot. Thankfully it worked and and eliminated the need for more drastic measures. The staff is always friendly and courteous and really appreciate our business.

Extremely professional & knowledgeable staff. Everyone is attentive. What a great experience. I can't believe I'm saying this, " I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.

This was a great place when Doctor Larry Wheeler was still there. He was an excellent dentist and a fine man. When The Corporation took over, everything went downhill. The remodeling left the office with ugly art on the walls, no live plants, no charm. Almost all the old staff was 86'ed. Most importantly, the emphasis is now on money, not client satisfaction. When I was growing up the saying was "The customer is always right.". I was unable to get simple answers to simple questions about billing for future work, being sent a two page spread sheet that would have made the IRS proud. Beware.

Artistic Dentistry is by far, the most pleasant and professional dental office with whom I have dealt. In my opinion, there is none better!
