I needed a tooth extraction. I am a new patient. Check in, Xrays, check up, extraction. All very organized. Everyone was very empathetic with my issue.

My experience ay aspen dental was very good. Everyone knew how to explain what my dental needs are. Happy that i chose aspen dental to take care of my dental health.

Unprofessional and poor standards of practice. I travel for work around the country and was just looking for a routine cleaning and to be checked for cavities. The dental assistant insisted I get X-rays. When I told her I don’t want them because I’ve had recent ones at my last cleaning and asked If we could talk to the dentist about it, the dentist yelled from the other room that I wouldn’t be seen if I don’t get X-rays. Concerning lack of regard for patient autonomy and even scarier that the dentist refused to educate me, as a patient, on need for X-rays that they were requiring.

I had the best experience here!! They were so kind and courteous and they worked with me to make sure I got an affordable price on my dental work. Not to mention they were nice enough to do everything I needed done in one day even though I was on scheduled for a checkup. I will not be going anywhere else!

Got me in quickly when I had a dental emergency and took care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend this organization.

All were very professional, and Maria (Office Manager) worked with my insurance company to give me the correct billing (very happy with the billing)...Alma was excellent as an Hygienist she cleaned my teeth and gums and gave me all that I will need to keep up the good work she started! Thank you Aspen....

Looking for a new Dentist in Tucson, and considered trying Aspen again. Unfortunately, my poor experiences with their branch in Prescott Valley prevents me from doing so. A$pen is all about the bottom line, expensive and the work I had done was low quality and caused me grief down the road. I don't recommend.

Don’t go and DONT PAY CASH! MAKE THEM GIVE YOU EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Not 1 minute after getting it in writing I gave back their TERRIBLE denture the same woman chased me down yelling MY NAME SAYING I WAS STEALING! 🤣 nice try just give me my cash back! UPDATE… I received my refund check and it was exactly $132 short! So they won’t even give the proper refund either. Shameful!!!!

I suffer from dental anxiety Aspen Dental went Above and Beyond to help me....taking the first steps to getting my smile back! Mr.Lee was amazing!!!! For 3 extractions he did so good!!! The whole team are Earth Angels and care about there patients and the work they do.

Beyond angry with this place. I went here after being unable to get in to see my regular dentist. Was told I need a root canal and crown. Had the procedure done and was told after paying almost $500 that I would not have to pay anything else. Yet here I am almost a year later STILL GETTING BILLS. Every time I get a bill I have to call them in the middle of my work day and argue about why I am getting one. This is beyond ridiculous. If you are told that you will not be getting any more bills, YOU SHOULD NOT GET ANY MORE BILLS.

Absolutely ridiculous I set up a plan paid out of pocket and insurance last appointment after everything is done they try and throw in another 450 dollars . This is after they they tried forcing a freaking 300 dollar tooth brush in your plan shady ask question go over every line they like to through in hidden cost

I found the office to be clean, organized, and a very friendly staff.

I started my procedure of dentures from Michigan and in the middle of the process I moved to California! I couldn't get in to Palm springs on the time frame was available for me. So I went to my sister's in Tucson Arizona. Aspen dental was so great and got me in. I never had a complete bite in the back of my bottom dentures until Aspen dental in Tucson. we did my soft liner on my bottoms I am so happy of the results. Thank you so much for explaining details Dr Lee of how to chew with bottom dentures. And thank you Mari for the knowledge that you have and recognize how to apply soft liner on bottom dentures. I've never felt a bite in the back since this process has started. I feel comfortable with them in my mouth. Reassure! I will be eating more food than polygrip. The staff was excellent!!! I was having trouble with impacted wisdom teeth and went here after the dental surgeon that my dentist had only comes in once a month and it was going to be 2 more months before I could even be seen by him. This office did the x-rays and then then a dentist came in, who also said that he was the dental surgeon, and told me that I did not need my wisdom teeth removed because they were not impacted. Then he did the exam and said that I needed my wisdom teeth removed because they were impacted. Then he said I do not need my wisdom teeth removed because while they were impacted one tooth was close to a nerve and he didn't want to risk it without an active X-ray. But I should get them removed. I understand that 1 tooth was close to a to a nerve and he was nervous about removing it when it without an active X-ray, but the only Aspen dental office that has an active X-ray is the one on Oracle. I was in so much discomfort despite the dentist telling me I was not in discomfort that I did not even care about driving to the other side of town to get these taken out. After all of this I went in and spoke with the admitting person and we went over the costs. After speaking with her for a few minutes she said that she was having computer problems and asked me to wait in a lobby, and I waited out there for at least 20 minutes before she came out and politely walked me to the door telling me that the other office would call me to schedule an appointment. I did not have a pleasant visit here and I ended up finding another dentist office that was willing and able to remove my wisdom teeth on Harrison and old Spanish trail. I think my biggest problem with this office other than the admin person brushing me off and pushed me out, is the dentist telling me I was not in discomfort and flip flopping on the teeth needing to be removed. This place wasted a couple hours of my time and prolonged my discomfort by their inaction. Don't waste your time or let yourself be in pain or discomfort

I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental. Everyone was kind & caring! I have to say these ladies: Dr Lee, April, Randi, Oney & Candi took great care of me. I felt very comfortable & they informed me of everything I'd be going through with my procedure. I highly recommend this office especially if you've ever had a bad experience with a different Dental office. The ladies here will create an enjoyable experience. Thank you again!!! 😀 😁
