They immediately knew I was anxious and have done everything they can to make sure I felt comfortable. It was the best experience I’ve ever had from the front desk to the dentist and everyone in between.

My first experience with Dr. Benzell began years ago with her creating upper and lower partials for me. I went back a few times for fittings (at no charge). Today I was in for crowns on my front upper teeth and fillings on the lower. The Dr. and her staff worked on me for 5 hrs to make sure my teeth were perfect. The icing on the cake is she gave me a bouquet of flowers as I was leaving!

I am almost 70 years old, have lived many places , & this is the BEST dental practice EVER, ANYWHERE. My experience throughout my years had me convinced that there was no such thing as a caring dentist, much less one who could provide a comprehensive dental care program specific to my needs, without shaming & without brusque & painful treatment. Dr. Alexa Carrara Benzell is a truly gifted dentist, who truly cares about her patient. Her staff are equally talented & caring . I am deeply grateful to them . I no longer have to endure being traumatized by going to the dentist.

Dr Carrera is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever gone to, and her manner is so informative, clear, supportive and kind. I cannot say enough about how absolutely terrific she is. I have a very high degree of dental anxiety and she and all of her staff were so wonderful and knew exactly how to work with me to reduce my anxiety. I felt everyone’s true desire to provide the best services and referrals possible. You can’t do better!!

I think Dr. Alexa's practice is great! I haven't had a dentist go so far in depth before. She seems to care about my hygiene and oral health. I made an appointment as soon as I could, which was far out. A few days later, I received a call to let me know there has been an opening for the next day. This was great since I was already behind on my cleaning. Overall, my experience has been great, and I plan on returning regularly.
