We had a bit of excitement at my last appointment.The new crown had been glued on, and Mary was flossing it when it popped off and headed for my windpipe. Well, that got me trying to spit it out, and Mary was helping. It finally came out, and Dr McGonigle and Mary got it recemented in place and all ended well. I was grateful for the competence and professionalism of both Mary and Dr M. I’m pretty new to their office, but I am very impressed with everyone there. I was with the same dentist for 40 years, and when he retired I worried about finding a new dentist. I have found the right person. Thanks, Dr McGonigle!

I called their office to seek an appointment for a broken crown and was seen the next day. Dr. Nguyen fitted a temporary crown for me and the office staff was friendly and helpful, as usual.

Great support from the whole team. I was worried about sensitivity in one of my teeth. Carol could see me the next day, and quickly diagnosed decay hidden above the gum line. Remedial action quickly set in motion.

It was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and Dr McGonigle explained everything in an easy to understand way. She adjusted my partial and it made a huge difference in my comfort when wearing them.

Great experience

Visiting my dentist here is always a pleasant surprise. Reception always greets me even when they are super busy by saying ‘good morning’ and ‘we’ll be with you shortly’! And I have rarely had to wait before being seen by Becky, the hygienist. She is super friendly, upbeat and informative. She always explains what she will be doing before performing any routine tasks, just to ensure that I will be comfortable. She even put a pillow under my legs because one of the dental chairs was not her favorite! She took the time to re-familiarize me with previous X-rays. Dr. Nguyen is smiley, professional and knowledgeable. He was careful to outline any options I might want to consider without pushing any unnecessary actions. Such a relief to be treated with kindness and great care! Highly recommend.

This was treating a cavity and replacing a decades old filling. Dr Nguyen was very considerate and did his work quickly and gently. The picture of the area of treatment before the work was a nice bit of patient information. As always, all staff members were friendly and helpful.

I think I had excellent care today, my first visit to the office. I’m very pleased with the service and professional attention to my teeth.
