I have been going here for 4 years and I love it. I’ve always had anxiety around dentist visits, but it’s different at Civano! Sonya and Maria are SO kind, and Dr. Pick really cares about what’s going on. I’ll never leave!

Civano Dental has been caring for all my Dental needs for 4 years. Dr Pick, Maria and Sonia do an outstanding job. I recently had my 40 year old bridge replaced and am amazed how Dr Pick replaced the entire bridge and other work painlessly and gentle. They also have the best Hygienist in Tucson too. Thanks again Dr. Pick and Team.

As we closed out 2020, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this year. How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr. Pick and his staff at Civano Dental as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Pick inspires the utmost confidence and with his wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Pick and everyone at Civano Dental!

I have been going to this dentist since he has opened and every time I have a pleasant appointment. The front desk staff is amazing and they are always available to answer questions. Sometime it’s hard to get in because my schedule doesn’t work with there office hours but I have changed around my schedule to continue to go here! I love the way my teeth feel and with Covid-19 and all that has gone on this past year they have made me feel very safe going into the office. I full recommend this office. Very professional even at time I have missed an appointment Sonia has called to reschedule me and has never been rude to me she and Maria are amazing to chat with as well I look forward to my visits with them!

I had to find a new dentist today, after 3 tries to setup an appointment for a normal cleaning. The office staff had either not setup the appointment or lost them. I communicated this to the Dentist. I am sad to leave, but cannot recommend them if they cannot manage their schedules.

Unprofessionals. Save your money!

Staff is nice but they don’t care about you, would cancel last minute emergency appointments. Very unprofessional attitude and does not care about their patient’s time. I went there four times for fillings but the doctor messed it up each time had to end up not being able to eat hard food on one side of my mouth for weeks and they just tell me it’ll go away. Doctor messed up my bite multiple times and over filled my tooth to a point where it started cutting my tongue. Very disappointing and had to change my doctor cause they asked me to wait four days even in case of an emergency. They’re closed three days a week and on Thursdays the doctor is not even there. They have old technology too. When I told them m changing my doctor they lied about ordering new medicines for me after filling my same tooth twice. They lie to your face and blame their sloppiness on others. I was told lies multiple times and the doctor refused he worked on my tooth that was still hurting for weeks but I had evidence. Don’t waste your money here. I wasted mine but I’m glad i changed to a better doctor.

Dr. Pick is gentle and kind. I hate the dentist, and he makes any procedure quick, easy, and lets you know about anything extra you need. He and his staff don't push on extraneous procedures as well, which is really nice.

Outstanding dentist, facility and staff. I've had oral surgery, major bridgework, and cleaning. They make extra effort to make sure you're well taken care of, even to the point of taking care of an emergency during their off hours. Recommend highly.

Dentist is a nice guy. Staff are awesome. Nothing bad about the people. I'm on week 5 waiting for a crown. First one didn't fit, second broke in half on placement. That's not my issue here. My issue is availability. They are closed Fridays and twice been gone on Thursday for training !?! I've had more than my fair share of dental work done. I have never had pain for weeks due to the dentist shaping the teeth wrong after filling or crowns. I did here. I now have a loose temp crown with throbbing pain that I'm told will need to wait until Monday (4 days) and I will have to take yet another chunk of time off of work!! The people are nice and I am a difficult case but by now the dentist should have me referred out to someone else who is in the office 5 days a week or offer after hour care. I've been in intermittent teeth and jaw pain since the first week of January. If you are low maintenance, I recommend these guys for sure because they are all very nice. Otherwise, go with an office with better technology and normal or aftercare hours. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for multiple fillings and/or root canals. I hated writing this review since they really are helpful and kind and I like the homey atmosphere. But this office is just not suited to anyone with significant issues. Sorry :(

Great dentist at reasonable cost. Very professional with latest equipment! Friendly staff.

My son had to have an emergency root canal - the doctor and staff went above and beyond to get him the care he needed. They are my new dentist. Thank you Civano Dental!
