Dr Hardy was highly recommended to me from my family. I had an ongoing issue that needed a good resolution, and he did not disappoint. On my first visit, he was well informed of my situation and had two great options after my initial examination. "Options" is what I was desperately needing and looking for. I went to this office today after my crown fell off over the weekend. I am terrified of going to the dentist. I had already had a terrible experience at another office on Monday. The front office staff were kind and polite. The dental assistance was patient and gentle. The dentist…. all I can say is WOW! He was patient, gentle and transparent! He conducted a thorough exam and was very honest with my options but didn’t pressure me at all with which way to go. I appreciate that because so many dentists make the decision impossible. Dr. Hardy was amazing and I will continue my care at his practice.

Kim gave me the best/most professional cleaning I have received to date. The whole team has been great and incredibly professional.

I have been a patient here for almost 15 years. My dental hygienist retired early this year at the beginning of covid. I had an appointment last week for a loose tooth. Because of my health I had to cancel. I call today and am told I can't be seen until December. Not acceptable. I will now find a new dentist.

The staff and doctor are always very courteous, smiles on their faces. Dr. Kahl has always been very understanding and courteous to your needs. Highly recommend the dental office.

Been going there for at least 15 years. Dr. Hardy, Jamie and Cindy are the best. Never thought of leaving and trying another practice. I think that speaks volumes for the services they provide!

Worst billing/customer service ever! She came out to lobby to discuss my account in front of other clients. Very rude and unprofessional in person and on phone. Will never reccomend this place to anyone.

Tammy is a wonderful hygenist. The front office personnel are helpful and quick to provide information. Dr. McHugh is very through and has a nice touch with the drill and needle. Great place for dental work

Excellent dentists, assistants, and friendly efficient staff. Been going to this office for 11 years and am always treated kindly and professionally. Never long waits and always get the highest quality care. Dr. Hardy is absolutely the best. I don't believe I could have found a more skilled cosmetic dentist in town whom also helped me through a successful implant process. I can always trust Dr. Hardy's expertise and am now happy with my teeth.

I had to switch, after many years at this dentist office because of insurance. Now I am finding out that they left a cracked tooth (that now must be pulled) and a cavity on the tooth next to the cracked tooth. I complained about pain and the inability to chew on that side. I complained at the next two cleanings with them. First reason for the pain they mentioned was that I had a cavity filled on the top and it was bothering my bite. The second time they said I had a cracked tooth. I was in the chair for a crown on the cracked tooth and the dentist looked at the area and said she could not see where there was a problem. Shortly thereafter, I had to switch office because of insurance. I expect better then this for the prices that are charged. Is it incompetence or not doing their job? They are also in the habit of trying to bill me first, collect and then bill the insurance company. I had to ask them twice to bill the insurance company. Both times the insurance company paid. I believe that they gauge those who actually go to the dentist. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for my whole life and now I have problems because they didn't do their job. The last thing the lady on the phone said to me when I asked for my records was..."Good luck with that." Luck has nothing to do with incompetence or having to change offices.
