Went to gentle dental today for the first time to get my teeth cleaned when I refused to pay $600 to have a deep clean done on my teeth they told me they weren’t gonna even do the cleaning that my insurance paid for. I would think that doing any kind of cleaning is better than doing nothing at all but since I refused to pay $600 out of my pocket, they refused to do their job. I will never go to this facility again.

So far, I really like this place. Nina is awesome. I need a lot of work and this place fits all my needs. The receptionists are sweet as well. Wonderful office staff. The ladies at the front desk were very professional, informative & kind. I’m a very anxious person but they all made me feel comfortable and safe. Julie brown helped me stay calm with her humor; I even got a hug from her after it was all done. Dr Malakpour was the best root canal I’ve ever had. He was gentle and understanding. He made certain I was ok throughout the whole procedure. Thank you so much.
