Dr. Boudreaux is very easy to talk with, listens well and addressed my concerns all on my initial visit. Friendly, service oriented businesses don’t just happen by chance. I will not be coming back here. The scheduling has been an issue since day 1 with me constantly being moved around or being given wrong dates and times that, and the billing. I went in for a filling today, felt good coming in because was told it would only be 1-1.5 hours, ended up being there 2.5 which I wouldn’t have done with my baby there if I knew it would be that long. Thankfully they were nice enough to take my daughter up at the front desk, but I just felt anxious the whole time because I needed to get her home and was wrongfully given a time. Then I finally finish and get ready to go and my last visit quoted me a tad over 80 dollars and I ended up needing something extra that I was told while I was getting my work done it would be an extra 20. Walk up to the desk and it’s 150 and nobody could really explain why. I will not be going back after just constantly feeling like this place is a runaround. Thank you for the kindness and patience that you all provided with my daughter today, but super unprofessional.

Excellent cannot believe how excellent DR. B is incredible gentle on the mouth and is not hard on dental work. Loved the dental plan and excellent manner of all the staff. I had an emergency and needed a dentist. I looked up emergency dentist and found Rincon Dentistry. Before getting started I let the assistant about my anxiety and my previous bad dental experience … she listened she smiled and started talking with me like we were old friends. I had to have a molar pulled. She kept me so calm and relaxed that I didn’t feel the molar coming out when it was time. They did their jobs but at the same time she was able to keep me calm and not have a panic attack. Kudos for the entire staff: My tooth pain started on Friday on Monday I called the office and on Tuesday I was in and taken care of. That’s service! Kudos for giving me a discount when I didn’t have insurance. Kudos all around!

I am rarely compelled to write about any experience much less in Healthcare but here it goes. This location was the office of my previous dentist Dr Collier. After he retired I received a relentless barage of phone calls explaining that this new dentist group was going to be sort of absorbing some of the patients. They must have called me 20 times. Since I knew the place and I am very busy I decided to give them a try. I specifically asked if they took my insurance and they repeatedly said yes. I went for the normal stuff which is mostly cleanings and months later received crazy bills for the usual copay covered things. Once I asked why, they said " We don't take your insurance". Dentist that treated was nice enough but this place felt underhanded and a bit thirsty. Just be up front and honest. Glad I didn't give them too much money
