Great clinic. Staff always professional!

Do. Not. Go. Here. PERIOD. The dentist offered thousands of dollars work that did not need to be done. I went to another practice to get a second opinion and I’m happy I did. The patient care coordinator also gave me the wrong estimates based on my dental coverage. I’m not saying my teeth are perfect I do need work however not the work this practice specified. Shame on this business it is a complete cash grab. Stay far away if you care about your teeth or money.

I have never been more disturbed by a dental experience. Beginning with listening to the receptionist espousing conspiracy theories in defense of her choice to not vaccinate to new clients, I ended up walking out of my appointment after denying the third of three imaging technologies for a basic new patient exam. “Why do I need this third set of pre-examination images when my dental health is great?”, I asked. No logical reasoning was provided, just that it was “required”. This indicated to me that the practice is simply selling expensive technology to unwitting new patients. I chose to leave and later received a bill in the mail for my visit. My dental insurance fully covered the imaging, yet the practice billed me for payment out of pocket due to my choice to deny a billable service. I will be taking the claim against this unethical and predatory business to my insurance company and attorney, but also wanted to note this experience in public business review so that others are warned of the practices in place at Sabino Smiles.

Friendly and efficient staff. Hygienist is great!

The hygienist was very rough and very rude. I have been going to Smiles for 15+ years and have never been treated this way. I was told I needed a deep cleaning which my probing had not changed that much. I told her I could not afford that as I am living on Social Security and so she refused to do a general cleaning. Essentially I was walked out of the office. Showed sexy

Dental Assistant Chelsea is absolutely amazing. I had a pretty severe anxiety attack and she made me feel like I was the only patient that day. She made sure I was well taken care of, made me laugh and take my mind off of my panic attack. Super professional but personable. Huge asset to any company. Thank you so much for your compassion today and helping me finish out the appointment.

Everyone is nice but my estimate for my implants has went way up. No one seems to be on the same page. I'm in the final phase of getting my implants and I'm honestly scared. For the 16,000 they are charging they better look good and last forever. Everytime I go in for my appointment I'm charged more. I literally leave in tears because they tell me one thing and do another.. Then you pay $100 extra a month to "save". It just doesn't make sense. This is a major decision I made to get implants and I never thought it would be this expensive.

Terrible service. They try to upsell on a BASIC DENTAL CLEANING claiming that it’ll be $1,500 for the service since the dentist needs to do all sorts of special procedures and use special materials to do a cleaning EDIT: they contacted me and said they wanted to clarify somethings. The representative said that they provider wanted this because they diagnosed me with some dental issue. When I said I just wanted a REGULAR CLEANING they said that what’s the point of that if I won’t get the further care, perhaps maybe getting a second opinion. But no they’ll deny preventative care if you don’t get the full package of paying thousands out of pocket.

I had a horrible experience dental cate from both, the male dentist & the periodontal male, that comes from Phoenix to care patients there. They fix not calculated my implants well? And I ended up c “bad implants on the left lower area of my mouth!”! Also my upper implant was not level well c the rest of my teeth, and they refused to correct they charged me a lot of money, and I have been extremely disappointed c this dental male doctor”, who seems to have no knowledge of the tal care! And the parido tal, refuses to checked me, instead had his assistant check me, and he was on his cell phone talking c somebody fir a long time!TERRIBLE SERVICE! Please avoid going there ‼️i swear they did not helped me, instead “ fired me as a patient, and I read they fire the dental doctor, but not the horrible periodontal Dr from phoeix‼️😤😡🤯

I had a dental emergency and when my current dentist couldn’t see me for two weeks Sabino Smiles got me in same day within a few hours. Angel and the entire staff was so amazing and welcoming. I have now switched dentists and will be going here from now on.

First of all I was greeted very warmly by Marlene and Jonathan at front desk …they were friendly and very helpful. The dental assistant Martina was also very friendly and warm and put me at ease. Lovely woman. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained what was going w my teeth regarding cavities and crown work that need to be updated. She appeared very competent & therefore instilled trust. Lora, the hygienist was SUPERB. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I had a couple of bad cleanings over the past two years because I was in between dentists… I had a dentist for 25 years who retired… he was awesome unfortunately the last two cleanings were w other hygienists… very light cleanings, not good so I had irritation in my gums. Well Lora took great care of cleaning my teeth. And after a very long time my teeth feel clean. Think I found a great dentist, hygienist, staff!

Went in for my first cleaning in years and I couldnt have asked for a better team to help with my first cleaning. I had not been to the dentist in years, and when I walked into the office, I was greeted with such a warm welcome from the staff. The dental staff was very nice and they knew what they were doing. I felt really confident that my teeth and smile were in good hands by going to sabino smiles. I would 10 out 10 recommend them to everyone and I already scheduled my follow up appointment

The doctors here are the best! I’ve seen Dr Copeland for an emergency and Dr Patel as my regular dentist after two previous doctors moved on. That being said you will really need to like country western music a lot. Not the nice quiet type but the noisy whiny style that not everyone likes, including me. Also this office is freezing. The excuse of the staff is it is hot on one side and cold on the other. I’ve been on both sides an it’s always freezing! So much I take gloves and wear my coat inside. Calling an air conditioning company could fix this problem. The staff can be hit and miss. The front staff are usually calm and knowledgeable. The people who counsel you on finances can be at times not as friendly as they should be, including the office manager. Before the work was started the finance (manager) said she couldn't take the time to call my dental insurance. When she showed me the screen of the costs a new crown would cost over $5,000! With my primary insurance that came down to $1,400. I asked her what people do if they don't have insurance and she said we get it financed. I signed for it to be done since I didn't have a crown and the sharp spike inside my mouth was cutting my tongue. Later she came in and said "Good News", your secondary brought it down to $1,200. Oh, did I say another doctor at this office put on this crown less than two years ago? I would have thought they would give a discount just for that. But hands down, if you want doctors who care than this is the place for you. If you are afraid of dentistry then this is the place for you. One last piece of information, I called for a general cleaning, the next appointment is four months away.

The team at Sabino Smiles Dentistry is top notch. From Angel and Melinda at the front desk making it so easy to schedule, to the thorough cleaning from Ken, to Dr. Patel's caring nature. I have had just about every service they offer and can highly recommend Sabino Smiles Dentistry for all your dental needs.

I had been neglecting my teeth for years. First, I have been focused on orthodontic care for my son. Second, I am just really afraid of the dentist lol! I am grateful to Angel at the front desk of Sabino Smiles for encouraging me to face my fears and start my journey towards dental health. Angel and all the staff were welcoming, professional, friendly, entertaining, and really made my dental visit painless- no pun intended! Dr. Copeland went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while providing me with top quality care. I cannot say enough good things about their team and I highly recommend this office. Not only will you get personable care, but it is also done in a state of the art facility. I have never been so happy and will be a customer for years to come.
