My husband and I recently got dental insurance through my employment and the Spanish Trail Dental Group ended up being our choice for our long awaited dental appointments. The staff and doctors, as well as nurses are all very friendly and pay very careful attention to our needs and concerns. I have been recently suffering terrible migraines caused my TMJ-D and Dr Stears was able to see me today on very short notice ! After a thorough consultation and treatment plan we are on our way to correcting this problem. I am very grateful as well for all of the work Dr White performed on my husband for wisdom teeth removal and post care ! We were pleasantly surprised that he not only called post op but also answered my husbands' questions through out the week by phone. We will be continuing our dental care through this facility :)

Had some bonding done, and it failed and cracked within 72 hours after paying over 400 dollars out of pocket to have the work done. Went back immidelty and was told I would be charged $200 to have their shotty work fixed. I have had similar work done that lasted over ten years. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr Kun is awesome! Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable. Dental procedures suck but he makes it as painless as possible and is very patient and understanding. If your looking for a dentist stop looking and go see Dr Kun, you wont regret it.

I was very impressed with the level of service that I received on the very first day. I was a new patient to this dental practice and was shown thoughtfulness, professional opinions, and they cared about me as a person. They, provided quick and efficient service from the entire staff as well as Dr. Kun. I will be returning in August and just want to say Thank you for treating me like a person and caring about my personal situation.

Havn't been to the dentist since I was in the military (~8 years now), and I am uninsured like many with the cost of premiums these days. With a family, I did everything I could to avoid the dentist, knowing it would cost more than I could afford. I had 2 teeth that have been bothering me for months now, and could no longer find soothing methods to dull the pain to tolerable levels. I gave in, and called here. They got me in as soon as they could within the next 24 hours. They worked with me knowing I had no insurance, and made it happen. Within the next 24 hours after seeing Doctor Kun and his assistant Debbie, I was in the chair getting the pain taken care of. I know the poor choices I made as a kid brought me to this situation, and it has got so bad to where I am embarrassed to crack a smile and show to much of my teeth. After seeing Doctor Kun and Debbie, I feel better about my smile and teeth than I believe I ever have... and there is still work to be done! I will recommend Spanish Trail Dental to everyone from here, out; especially Doctor Kun. I can literally say he changed my life, and it feel/looks amazing! Thank you! The establishment itself is very clean, the staff were all kind and friendly, they were well organized, and the made the process quick and easy. This is no 2.8 star dental facility even if Google reviews say it to be. There was to tricks, when it came to financing options; they explained my options, and what any fees would be now, or even down the road.

I love coming here. I have been coming here for two years! The staff is friendly and efficient. Lanette cleans my teeth and she is gentle, friendly, and timely. I have had a crown put on here and have had a lot of crowns before and this one was the easiest! They explain the cost of things needed to be done so you know your costs upfront and They have never pressured me into doing things until I can afford it. Enjoy all the staff and will continue to come for years to come!!

My wife and I both have a great experience here about two weeks ago. I thought they were local, but they are part of a much larger corporate chain. They are affiliated with the "Every Kid's Dentist" across the street but are not part of the same company.

Everything is great.... EXCEPT the hidden crap they use with their financing cards with smile generation... If you cannot pay your bill all in full, I wouldn't get anything done here... Once you go over your so many months no interest they will get all the interest back and charge you for it, so after a year if you haven't paid it off then look forward to another $1,000 bucks your going to get charge for.... SMILE GENERATION IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!

I have been going to Spanish Trails Dental for about a year and a half. I have not only been seen for my 6 month cleanings but also for extensive dental work that has required sedation. Office/Staff: The office staff has always been great. Often times my husband and I will schedule our appointments back to back, and then switch off who has the kiddos. They have always been very accommodating to us in this regard. We only wait for a few minutes in the waiting room and our appointments always ends on time. The office is also incredibly clean! Insurance: Prior to my dental work Dr. Stears office staff was very upfront about the cost of the procedure. They also contacted my insurance company multiple times and scheduled my appts to optimize the amount my dental insurance would cover. Thus, reducing the money coming out of my pocket. Dentist: Dr. Stears has been fantastic. I was incredibly nervous before my surgery and he talked me through the entire procedure. He answered every single question I had, and even when I came up with new questions and called, he patiently talked me through the whole thing again. The surgery went great, and was seamless. Dr. Stears called and followed up post surgery to make sure I was doing ok. Post surgery the stiches were bugging me, and his office staff fit me in that day to have the stiches trimmed. I also learned that Dr. Stears has only taken over the office in the last couple of years. It is obvious in his bedside manner, his office, and his staff that he has put his heart and soul into the practice.

If I could give 0 starts I would but that's not an option after looking at the other reviews I should t have even called this place but I did. They won't even disclose basic pricing that literally EVERY OTHER DENTIST OFFICE in Tucson is able to disclose over the phone. Guess an exam fee is where they make they're money........?

Insurance covers the procedure, but "it is too hard to bill". You will have to pay 100% out of pocket. Sounds like I wasted my time on supplemental insurance or maybe this dentist. I am going to find one that doesn't find it difficult to bill my insurance.

First off I have to say I do not like going to the dentist! This office found a way to turn that around. Great front office staff, everyone very well put together (I work in the medical field) and hands down this front office crew seemed to work very well together and all very knowledgeable. The Dentist I saw was amazing, younger than me so I was a little gun shy but he was great. Best experience I've had at any dentist!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I had a very comfortable visit. The only thing i didn't like was i felt like the from desk people try to get the most money out of you that theu can. Overall though i had an amazing visit.

Everyone was very helpful and I can tell they care. My daughter had her two lower wisdom teeth pulled. The pain meds made her nauseous, the staff has been very helpful in helping us cope with that. Hats off to Mr. White!! He answered questions and even called us the same night of the surgery, he calmed my daughter as she was struggling. Thank you.

I went to them in April 2015 for a cracked tooth. After the x-rays the Dr. said I had cavities in every tooth! He refused to fill the cavities and wants to pull everyone of my teeth! To replace them with screw in false teeth to the tune of 90K - 50K! His reasoning for not wanting to fill the cavities was he said I could get cavities again! He also said after I had all my teeth pulled and replaced that the false teeth could go bad as well! What the heck, I want my teeth and the cavities filled if there are that many I'm not convinced that there are that many cavities in my mouth. I'm getting a second consultation from a different place that's for sure. I don't have 90K - 50K, and at first when he told me the price to fill the cavities it was 10K but in less than 5 minutes the price jumped to 20K to fill them and then it went to refusing to fill them. I'll never go back to that place, even if it was the last place on earth. The only concern they had was about money not the person sitting in the chair. Maybe some of you have been lucky and have been treated fairly but this is not the case with me as fas as I'm concerned.
