Visiting from out of town. My crown fell off. Made an immediate appointment to see the Dr to glue crown back. He refused to see me unless I had full xrays. I just had my regular dentist xray and clean my teeth, two days ago. After 5 conversations with the assistant, she told me the Dr refused to see me. It was all about the upsale, xrays and their dental plan. Be ware, this is a scam and very unprofessional.

This dental office is what we had been looking for; it is convenient for our area, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and we think Dr. Bhalla is a considerate and up to date on new procedures. This visit made up for the last time I was here a few years back. I like they have financing even though I didn’t need it this time. I was not excited coming back at first but their dental assistant Layla really did made a difference with my experience this time. I was already super stressed from life but I am also a lil nervous at the dentist usually. She was caring, and even spoke up for me about my pain when I didn’t when it came to drilling my tooth. Local anesthetic always takes awhile to work on me. But even waiting awhile for it to kick in she always checked up on me and took the time to explain things to me so I was calm. Both her and Dr Bhalla gave me options on what they could do for me on what to do with my tooth. And when they started the work on my tooth they were fast and worked with the time I had. I go back next week to finish the crown. And feel good about coming back. Thank you guys. I really appreciated it. going back for my root canal was great service as well. Tech Joseph and doctor Ron were able to fit me in earlier than expected and were straight to business but still making me comfortable. I appreciate it guys. Thank you all.
