Y’all let me tell ya, these people are awesome! Went in for a crown today. I was a bit nervous but the staff here did such a good job throughout the process of my treatment. Dr. Woods did a phenomenal job numbing me, I didn’t feel a thing and it was over before I knew it. That lady Jessica that was assisting was super nice even though I felt like a difficult patient 😭 10/10 would recommend!!

Westport dental is the place to go! Chase and Dr. Woods took such great care of me getting fillings. They are so kind and compassionate and you can tell they love what they do! I left happier than when I came in! I know the dentist isn’t always fun and some people have had bad past experiences but Westport dental has a great staff team and genuinely care about their patients! They’re so quick to go above and beyond to help fix you up! I’m so thankful I switched to them!!

Westport Dental is a very clean place. It’s always put together including all the workers there. The hygienists are always kind, thorough, and knowledgeable on how to help me in my dental care. They do a great job with my cleanings and give me all the information I need to keep my smile clean and healthy. My visit for the final crown today was a very pleasant and thorough. My dental Technician Chase was friendly in greeting me. He got all the pre-work done and got the final crown fitted to the tooth. Dr Matthew Woods checked his work & gave approval to do the final adhesive. All work was done in timely professional manner. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful to make sure my next cleaning was scheduled & confirmed the date and time. This was my 4th visit to the office and each time I have been very happy that I chose Westport Dental. I would like to commend Chase on his good work today. I moved here to Conway 2 years ago & dreaded to find a dental practice and I am so happy that I found Westport dental and their friendly staff.

I absolutely love these folks. From Patty to the dental assistants to Dr Woods. I am a crybaby scared as hell to go to a dentist. They embraced me and made me feel really comfortable! And Dr Woods does great work! Gave me my smile back!

From my first cleaning appointment, to my most recent root canal, my experiences at Westport dental have been exceptional. The hygienists are so friendly and nonjudgmental, Dr Woods was thorough in his explanations of treatment needed and so gentle throughout. I had no pain during or after any of my treatment. I can’t recommend this office enough, whether you haven’t been to the dentist in years, or just need a new dentist in general, this is a fantastic office!!

First time i went in they ex-rayed half my face even though i said i had teeth on both sides to be removed, after they removed 1 tooth it cost be about 300+, and i didnt have the money on me at that time and the lady doing the accounting for them acted like i couldnt leave untill i had a plan set for them to get paid, then i came back much later to see about pulling another tooth when i had more funds and they said i needed a full ex-ray of my teeth on both sides and found out that costed me another 300+ and i didnt even get a tooth removed that day. i felt like i was conned into getting more than 1 ex-ray and that they where more worried about getting paid than my actual pain because after pulling my first tooth i got sent home with 1 pain killer (lower tab or w/e) then i called back that same day my tooth was pulled in tears because of the massive amounts of pain i was in and they acted like they were gonna help relieve my pain on the phone and said they would call me right back.. they never did and i managed that intense pain all day and night. Wont be going back but i do want my 300+$ ex-ray they took for my next dentist. I would give 0 stars but in order to post this i had to click 1 star...

The receptionist was very off putting. I tried to make an appointment and the lady said she had to call me back after verifying something. She never did. She didn’t sound kind or caring at all. Sucks because I really liked what I saw on the website and their mission statement but I can’t even get the care because I can’t get past the receptionist. Who do you even ask to talk to in a dentist office when the receptionist isn’t doing their job?

So friendly and thorough! I've seen both of the doctors and they're the best dentists I've ever gone to. My hygienist is Blythe and I would recommend her to anybody. She's super friendly and great at her job. The woman who did my financial counseling (her name begins with a 'P' and I hate that I can't remember it) was so helpful and kind. I also appreciate that they're screening patients by phone before appointmentsas a covid precaution! I feel very taken care of. 10/10 Go to Westport if you're looking for a dentist!

The staff are very friendly! Dr. Woods and my hygienist, Blythe did a great job asking me to make sure that I was okay. Dr. Woods and Blythe does a great job communicating very well with each other!
