Dean Dental Solutions is one of the best premier dental clinics in central Arkansas. I chose Dr. Dean because I have a childhood fear of dentist. Dr. Dean offers sedation dentistry at his facility. Dr. Dean is such a warm spirited man which helps calm the entire experience. He goes out of his way to ensure that me the patient was comfortable during the whole experience. I only gave for stars because hey it is dental work. I will continue trusting in the services of Dr. Dean and his phenomenal staff.

I am a dentist’s worst nightmare because I have very sensitive teeth. The scraping and polishing of a routine cleaning isn’t too bad, but the cold water and air bring me right up our of the chair. I used to demand nitrous to deal with a routine cleaning, but my hygienist is so gentle, there are no more tears, no more nitrous, and no more jumping straight out off the chair. Drilling, crowns, and root canals are another matter altogether. I am unbelievably difficult to numb. Dr Dean’s staff realized it was because I was a natural redhead, and they dug into their bag of tricks to be sure I am comfortable during the entire procedure. Before my appointment, Doctor Dean makes certain I have pills to take before a procedure (and during, if needed) plus nitrous so I am anxiety free and completely relaxed during the entire process. These folks are the absolute best. The dentist I saw when I was a small child had a somewhat different approach. Whenever I fidgeted or fussed or cried, he would simply hold his hand over my nose and mouth, tell me what a bad disobedient child I was, and would continue to cut off my air supply until I passed out, then he would continue until I woke up. Scold. Repeat. To add insult to injury, this dentist was a member of my church and would make a point to hunt me down on Sunday morning and try to make me shake his hand. Dr Dean and his staff are the best. The absolute best!
