In today's time that's unheard of especially since I'm a new patient, yes that's right Dr. Brett went out of his way to make sure that I left there with my problem solved. I may not of been the most polite of people calling that day especially in regards to everyday stuff and paperwork but holding an arrogant tone then hanging up on me without another word is equally and more so insulting and not something saying you give a rats rear about customers. I'll drive the 36+ miles to my original dentist who's never acted like that to me nor those I personally watch be rude ***** to them. Thanks for your time. P.s. in response to the owners response: There's putting up with rudeness while remaining professional and yours failed that part and your choice of words there at the end of your response shows where they get it from.
