Terrible customer service and communication. The office cancelled 2 of my appointments; one of which I was never notified. Dr. Ferrari misdiagnosed a cracked tooth and sent me to get a procedure done by a specialist who pointed out her inaccuracy. I do not recommend.

Horrible! No help at all! Wouldn't address my immediate needs and wanted to develop a "whole mouth plan" that involved letting teeth that could be saved now go rot while other "more important" work was done. I also recieved bills for missed appointments that were cancelled. She had generic platitudes on how she would treat a patient, no actual plan of attack, just more appointments. I was able to get all answers at another dentist in Redding. DO NOT GO HERE FOR GOOD CARE!

I've only had the initial exam, but it was more thorough than any I've had before. Dr. Ferrari and her team were all friendly, professional and responsive to questions, and they explained with as much detail as I wanted. I'll write more reviews once I've had some cleaning and other work done.

Overall a great experience with Angela Ferrari. The girls are always so sweet. They do there best to make me comfortable. Using the newest technology. very clean as well nice environment.

Dr Ferrari and her staff always treat me well ...from cleanings to fillings to the need for further dental care.. and she makes crowns on-site :)

This was my first experience with Sally but I have been with Dr. Ferrari for 20+ years. Sally was really terrific. This appointment was for deep cleaning on both sides. She made it truly pain free and she was fast and gentle. It takes me over an hour to get to Mt Shasta from Etna, but this level of care is the reason I stay with Dr Ferrari.. Thank you both for the great care.

Dr. Ferrari and her staff are a shining example of what it means to not only be a buisness that is professional, but one that possesses a level of empathy towards their patients that goes beyond what others can only hope to achieve. Their knowledge, skill, kindness, and transparency in cost, is what has solidified my belief that Dr. Ferrari is, without a doubt, the best dentist in Mount Shasta.

There is not anywhere that I have been during these crazy times that takes as many preventative measures as at this office. Well done ladies! After much hesitation and research I am so thankful for starting and ending my dental issue process with Dr. Angela Ferrari. She is patient with questions and more thorough than any other medical/dental professional that I have encountered. My issues were extensive but Dr Ferrari was encouraging throughout that it would all work out great and it absolutely did! The office and the dental assistants are very much professional and thorough as well.

As a first time patient of Angela Ferrari and her team, I am very impressed. The entire staff is thorough, careful, and communicative. The equipment is the most modern and elegant I have ever seen. Especially, the approach to my problem was made very clear to me, the reasons thoroughly explained, and my financial concerns fully taken into account. I feel very comfortable being cared for by these wonderful people.

I really appreciate the office getting me in, in a timely manner. The care that the facility gave me was excellent! I also really appreciated the follow-up phone call from Dr. Ferrari to check and see how I was doing after the procedure.

My husband and I began our experience with Dr. Angela Ferrari in 1997. Over the years we have experienced many dentists. Dr. Ferrari has out performed them all. If you are looking for excellence in knowledge, workmanship, staff, state of the art equipment , careful/gentle dental techniques and thoughtfulness, you will be grateful for the experience you will have. What beautiful work she does. Her office is in Mt. Shasta, CA.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Ferrari seems to care a lot about what you value in your dentist. I like the fact that every little procedure is explained to me simply, yet fully, before it’s performed. I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 5-6 years before the turn of the year, and, being a bit nervous (let’s face it, we all hate going to the dentist), they made me feel at ease. Also, the gentle dentistry claim has lived up to its name so far. I’ve had several appointments in a matter of a month, including fillings, and never felt overwhelmed in partial due to their gentle touch. The prices do seem a little bit higher than other offices I’ve visited, but you really get what you pay for. I mean, you can’t buy a new Mercedes for the price of a used Ford, can you?

Dr. Ferrari and her team of teeth saving avengers are the best in the business. Some have stated they are 'money focused' and 'greedy,' this has not been the experience of me or my family, at all. They have worked with us at every turn to: 1) adapt their schedule(s) to squeeze us in at the last minute, 2) maximize our respective insurance plans, including moving appointments and trading appointments between family members who have not been maxed out yet, 3) treated us with compassion, kindness, and deeply professional respect and humor. Are you terrified of the dentist? Have you not been in an embarrassing amount of time? Fear not. This is the dentist for you. She is kind, professional, and will take the time with you to explain everything she sees, including showing you what's inside your mouth. Additionally, I have never had a 100% painless procedure, until visiting this office, and they knocked out some relatively extensive work, all in one sitting, and stayed late to ensure I was comfortable and had a positive experience. You will not be disappointed if you visit her office; my family and I certainly have not been.

Angela is a superstar! Graduate of Mount Shasta High School, Valedictorian of her class, she's one sharp cookie at school or in her dentist office. Highly Recommend.
